As a professional people-pleaser and overachieving fixer of other people’s bad decisions, I knew I had a problem when I started apologizing to furniture for bumping into it. So, I picked up this book, hoping it would teach me how to stop treating my self-worth like a clearance rack item.

And WOW—this workbook did not come to play. It kindly but firmly dragged me through every uncomfortable truth about my toxic relationships, my inability to say “no” without adding 47 justifications, and my tendency to confuse emotional labor with love. Who knew that setting boundaries didn’t require writing a 12-page apology essay afterward?

When you open the book, the tone is like a wise-but-fun friend who isn’t afraid to tell you, “Hey, you’ve got some work to do, but you’ve GOT this.” It’s practical, warm, and—thankfully—not like those dense psychology books that make your brain hurt after two pages. 🧠💥The 30-day structure keeps things fresh and manageable—so even if you have the attention span of a goldfish, you’re in good hands. 🐠

The mindfulness techniques included are also a great addition, helping to build self-awareness and emotional resilience.
