Okay Whitnay Edes has hit us with a oh wow book yet again. I don’t think I have read a book by Whitnay that I have not loved and this is no exception. This is a dark book and I would advise you check those TW’s.
Okay so this book will bring you:
Alpha male
BDSM aspect
Forced proximity
Kidnapping
Mafia/ organised crime
Villian turned hero
Possessive hero
Sociopathic hero
Oh my who doesn’t love a book that is twisted and brings us not only an unhinged mc but a fmc one too. These two bring a darkness and twistiness that can match each others, a path that crosses both Axel and Cordelia. Cordelia is stripper and she has one rule, and that is no touching, you break that rule then then it’s time for Cordelia to have some dark fun, they need to learn no touching does mean no touching. Axel is part of a dark, mafia family that you don’t mess with and is tasked with a new mark, Cordelia. For him she is he’s and that is it.
This book is defiantly for those dark at heart, it takes you on a crazy ride of two unhinged people, whose crazy calls and craves each others. There will be gore, spice and all things not quite nice and will have you invested from the start.

Whit is the queen of dark romance, she kills it every time. I don't even know where to start with this one. It's dark, unhinged, gory, raw and so fucking delicious!! Cordelia and axel , oh child they are a unhinged match made in hell couple.
Once I started my pitch black heart couldn't put it down, oh boy no I ate that beauty up. I was on the edge of my seat the whole damn time. It's a crazy rollercoaster ride with twists and turns. That smack you upside the fucking head. But you never want the crazy train to stop.
It's filled with action, spice, drama, banter, games, gore, and so much more. It will make your head spin. The characters are fucking phenomenal. The storyline and plot are out of this world. Whitnay definitely knows how to bring you to your knees. I can't wait to read more from her. Highly recommend!!!!!

Oh my amazing mafia style book. Cordelia was a dancer at a club and she had one rule no one could touch her at anytime. So anyone who didn’t listen she took them to her home and played with them. One day she was at work and saw Axel and she couldn’t take her eyes off of him. He knew who she was but she had no clue who he was. Turns out he is part of a big mafia family that is well known. Once she heard his name she knew what he was about. He was hired to find out how and why she was doing what she did. Apparently one of the guys was one of theirs. Axel ended up taking her that night and she woke up in a strange bed. She ended up remembering what he did. Her life was never the same after that. Some good and some bad in her eyes but she was changing her mind on the bad. I love Whitnay’s books.

This book is going to grab you and pull you in as soon as you pick it up. Cordelia and Axel are both unhinged in a very delicious way, their dark and twisted souls match each other in every deprived way imaginable. When Axel goes to the strip club to check out his next target he never thought he would find a woman with a soul as dark as his own. Cordelia is a woman who takes no touching to a whole other level. Axel is from one of the most vicious Mafia families and when he decides Cordelia is going to be his he will do everything to make that happen. These two are ready to paint the world red together and while this book is a quick read it is perfect and I could not get enough. I was given this book as an ARC for my honest review.

One day, while at work, she spotted Axel and found herself unable to look away from him. As it turns out, he belonged to a prominent and well-known mafia family. Once she learned his name, she understood his intentions. He had been tasked with uncovering how and why she was ending those lives. That night, Axel ended up taking her, and when she woke up, she found herself in an unfamiliar bed. Cordelia went through a series of trials to show her worth. Axel had finally met his match; I loved this author’s style of writing.

Axel and Cordelia are truly unhinged and I love it from there crazy smex to the games Axel played with Cordelia I really liked their relationship it was a hate love situation and you could tell they were magnetic just waiting to attach to each other. Yes it was untraditional and crazy but with a family like at Mazittis it seems pretty common. The story line was great the spicy scenes were scrumptious. One of my favorite quotes from the book was “Our crazies match, and this could end in nothing but blood, but at least we’d go out with a bang.” And that exactly what they did and I can’t wait to see what happens next for the Devious Heir series so check it out!

This is fantastic holy cow! Axel and his psycho sexy personality who just loves to play. His games are not typical games we will just say 😂this book had be so invested since the first few pages .

Wow, Corelia and Axel have a very rocky start to their relationship. They both do dark and devious things to get by in the world. But, once Cordelia is on Axel's radar there is no escape for her. She has to play the game by his rules and it gets very dark and twisted.
There was a lot of banter back and forth between these two characters. We also get a whole family dynamic and get to see how everyone interacts with each other in that atmosphere.

I love every book that I’ve read so far by Whitnay Edes, and Dark Prince is no different. This book is dark and so unhinged it made my monster happy! I just love Cordilia and Axel. They are a match made in heaven; no, I think hell is a better term. This book is full of all the yummy things you want in a dark romance. There is action, drama, spice, and more. I cannot wait to read the next book Whit has in store for us!

I have claimed Cordelia and Axel as mine, and I have licked them! But man, my girl out did herself with this one! What a wild ride! I may be a little biased, but I'm obsessed! This may have only taken me a total of 2 hours to devour because i was so consumed and put me into a book hangover. It's definitely a 5 star read for me and one of my favorites of the year !!!!!! I can not wait for what's next. Seriously run dont walk!!

Dark, delicious and humor all wrapped up in one book! I am an absolute sucker for books to have connections and to have the kids of "In Their Kingdom" had me at hello!!! Cordelia is a badass... a bit unhinged, m*rdery and sassy!!! And Axel... just like Cordy, but XXed. Their chemistry jumped off the pages and made me laugh out loud! Then you throw in Axels family??? Pure enjoyment! I can not wait for the next installment of the Devious Heirs!!!

If you want serial killers, and characters who are unhinged this is for you! You have Cordelia who loves her life and all her fun times and Axel is in a mafia family who wants her as soon as he sees her. I love that Cordelia is a strong bad ass and doesn't let anyone bring her down. Dom/sub relationship and cnc scenes. This is full of spice but also full of triggers so check before reading. Great read!

The dark twist series once again Whitnay created something dark and majestic with twist and two people that will lees you to a very red red future. Axel and Cordelia are a match made in hell 😈 in the best, darkest way possible. If you can’t handle things I would definitely check your triggers. This will have you messed up if you can’t handle things. Definitely a book that will keep you turning pages. Keep you wet!!! I can’t wait to see where the next book goes.

Well, Whitnay did warn us that this was not for the faint of heart. That was not an understatement. I loved it though. What does that say about me? The swears and nicknames that fall from Cordelia had me absolutely rolling with laughter. Cordelia is definitely not your typical FMC and she is crazily brilliant. Axel is...well once you read Dark Prince, you can make your own call on what he is. His nickname for Cordelia though, swoon.

If this title doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I don't know what does? This is the Devious Heirs of the Kings books. And this one is dark and delicious. Think Saw with a fiercely snarky FMC and loyally delicious alphahole MMC. FABULOUS book and I cannot wait for the next in the series!

This book was amazing. The amount of different emotions that were in this book just made it even better. I really enjoyed the stuborness & sass that came from Cordelia and the way that she did not put with Axel's crap. I love the way that Axel fell in love with her and wanted to be everything for her but also try to give her some what of a normal life that he could give her.
I really liked that his family was around in the book as well and got after him when he didn't know what to do or how to act. Whitnay you have done it again & I can't wait to see what else you come up with in the future.

This book...WOW!!! Absolutely hooked from the first page! It's HOT - it's crazy, diabolical and just a great read. Cordelia is a serial killer - her reasoning? Pretty dang valid. Axel - dark, mafia, knows what he wants and goes after it - no holds barred. He likes to play hard and rough - and Cordelia makes a perfect 'target'. LOVED THIS BOOK!

Where should I even begin with this one. Cordelia is a stripper but also a serial killer who takes out men who touch her when she tells them not to. She is working at the club one night when Axel a Mafia son comes in and sets his eye on her. One thing leads to another and he knows she will be his. They are two peas on a pod and both love to unalive people. Axel is very dominating while Cordelia is a free will person who likes to do her own things. This both definitely had its moments where I was definitely questioning where you came up with the stuff but I was down for every bit of it and loved it so much. I swear your books are amazing I devoured this book in less than 24 hours and I'm ready for book 2.
