This is a life-style change not a "diet" and I believe that the recipes are suited for anyone. Some of the ingredients are a little pricey, but the health benefits are worth the extra dollars. Besides with the money saved on not buying all that "junk food" it'll all even out.

Good reading

Thank you I been trying this diet with some success(I dropped my a1c by half a point in 2 months). After reading your book I see where I might actually come off insulin( I take 4 shots a day plus stick my finger more than that).

Excellent!

An easy read. Doesn't blind with too much science but just enough to explain the why's and wherefores. Positive and upbeat, makes me want to jump straight in and get started.
