This is a life-style change not a "diet" and I believe that the recipes are suited for anyone. Some of the ingredients are a little pricey, but the health benefits are worth the extra dollars. Besides with the money saved on not buying all that "junk food" it'll all even out.

An easy read. Doesn't blind with too much science but just enough to explain the why's and wherefores. Positive and upbeat, makes me want to jump straight in and get started.
