This is a large book (size and number of pages) and is an anthology rather than being divided into chapters. It is a reference work with several detailed indices in the back. There is a multitude of various studies cited that go a long way to explode the popular myths of "diversity is our strength" and "celebrate multiculturalism." Both diversity and multiculturalism actually bring great harm to societies as has been demonstrated around the world.
There are many authors quoted, stretching back to antiquity, and this should whet the appetite of anyone wanting to dig deeper into what certain writers have published.
The main criticism I have is the choice of some writers, who propound the Darwinian evolutionary idea.
