Interplanetary war has left Io's female population barren. Left with no other choice Dragone warriors must to go back to the forsaken primitive planet Earth. Eons ago the Dragone visited, mated and perished at the hand of the violent species. Now they must find among females who can carry the Dragone lineage so that their own can continue. Hardened alpha dragon shifters meet their match among the stars when the humans they thought to conquer slay them with intergalactic delight.

Let the fun begin...

Ever

I was looking forward to movie night with my girls. I definitely did not expect to wake up to a mother-bleeping-giant with scales and wings breaking into my townhouse and trying to snatch me up. Nor have his pet dragon rip my fricking house apart when I got away! We aren't going to talk about the ship and what happened -- okkk but he was hella fine. I just know I woke up super pregnant and now wingboy is my baby daddy and I hate him and and my babies, yes plural have wings! Also, the dragon was NOT a pet!

C'Hakka

My planet is dying. I had no choice. The primitive calls me a monster but weeps so sweetly for me when it counts. I will do anything for the future of my planet and the legacy of my kingdom even if it means mating with this hellion. I won't let her demands shake me. I won't let her cries melt me no matter how sweet. No matter what, I won't let her making all the dreams I hold dear come true shake my resolve. Her kind is here for one purpose and it has nothing to do with love.

My Alien Dragon Baby is the first full length super hot SiFi romance of the Dragon Space Odyssey.

This book had serious potential! A black woman her sister and her best friend are kidnapped by alien dragon shifters along with a million other women to help repopulate their world.

I truly enjoyed the plot and the premise but couldn’t give it a solid 4 stars because of two major issues. First and most importantly IT NEEDS SOME SERIOUS FREAKING EDITING! From random garbled sentences to changes in gender pronouns to complete missing words this book gave me literal migraine trying to make sense of it all.

The second issue is that the ending was rushed all these conflicts happen between Ever and the MMC and then suddenly its all resolved with some basic words that are said in front of others? That’s it? No him working to get in good graces no him actually reflecting cheap words and smexy time and its resolved….ya no!

I Can’t Believe I Loved an Alien Romance?!? 👽💜
💜 Opposites attract
💜 Kidnapped-by-aliens-but-make-it-funny
💜 Different class/social inferiority tropes
💜 Surprise baby moments

Okay, someone pinch me because I thoroughly enjoyed an alien romance, and I did not see that coming!

✨ Imagine this: An interplanetary war wipes out the female population of the Dragone warriors' planet's ability to reproduce. Desperate to continue their lineage, they travel to Earth to procure (cough- kidnap cough) human women. C'Hakka, a seven-foot-tall purple alien warrior, was ready for anything—except Ever, a feisty Black woman with zero interest in being anyone’s mate.
And so, the chaos begins.

What I Loved:
🚀Ever is THAT girl. Kidnapped by aliens? Not on her watch! She put up a fight, outsmarted a literal warrior, and had him running in circles trying to figure her out. I lived for her sass and determination.
🚀 C’Hakka is intense. This big, scary warrior thought he was in charge—until Ever flipped the script. Watching him try to navigate a relationship with a human woman was both entertaining and adorable.
🚀 Fated mates, but make it complicated. There’s tension, but it wasn’t the all-consuming, “I-can’t-live-without-you” kind that I love.
🚀 Ever, Xia, and Fleur (her sister and cousin) had each other’s backs, and I loved their dynamic. Strong female friendships in romance books always get bonus points from me.
🚀Surprise baby trope?! Say less.

What Could’ve Been Better:
The book title. If I had seen this title without knowing the plot or the author, I probably wouldn’t have read it. But hey, they say “don’t judge a book by its cover,” and in this case, they were right!

This was fast-paced, fun, and completely entertaining. Even in its serious moments, there were hilarious bits that kept me enthralled. If you love sci-fi romance with:
✔ A strong-willed heroine who makes the hero work for it
✔ Alpha males completely thrown off their game
✔ A mix of adventure, humor, and romance
✔ The fated-mates trope done right

…then you need to read this! And I need book two immediately.

Fated mates. Alien dragon warriors. One fiercely independent human woman. And a bond that changes everything.

I read an unedited ARC of My Alien Dragon Baby Daddy and was immediately pulled into this dark, steamy sci-fi romance. It’s got everything I love in a fated mates story—intensity, emotional conflict, and heat—with a fresh twist thanks to the alien dragon element.

Ever is a strong, no-nonsense human heroine who fought hard not to let a mystical bond control her fate. She’s independent, smart, and not afraid to push back—especially when her mate, T’Chakka, a powerful alien dragon shifter, tries to take the lead. Their dynamic crackles with tension as they navigate a connection neither of them fully understands. T’Chakka is used to control and command, but Ever turns his world upside down—and I was here for every second of it.

The chemistry between them is blazing, and the spicy scenes are both plentiful and intense. But what really stands out is the emotional undercurrent—Ever’s conflict over her sudden bond and the loss of her autonomy, paired with T’Chakka’s uncertainty over how to handle a mate who refuses to submit, make their romance feel layered and compelling.

The worldbuilding hints at something much bigger—alien politics, clan tensions, and a universe that’s just starting to open up. I’m really curious to see how the authors continue to expand the world and develop the side characters introduced in this book.

If you enjoy dark romance with sci-fi flare, alpha males meeting their match, and heroines who fight for their freedom even when fate steps in, My Alien Dragon Baby Daddy is absolutely worth the read.

Content notes: Fated mates, alien pregnancy, dark romance themes, strong language, steamy scenes, and power struggles between species and partners.

Am... I was hoping she left the kids behind😅😅

Let's normalize women in romance leaving them kids with their daddies for some peace of mind.... I was really hoping she'd leave the babies and save herself for an ultimate grovel...

A fun switch up for the author

I received this as an ARC directly from the author all thoughts going forward are my honest thoughts. As an arc this arrived to my inbox 10 days ahead of release and like many readers I had girl bossed a little too close to the sun with everything I had out from the library. By the time I could get to this title release had already happened so I read the finished work.

This is a fairly typical 'Mars Needs Women' trope, but a little on the darker side (pay attention the the provided authors note). C'Hakka is a Dragone prince that finds himself in a very difficult situation after his people are deeply affected by a virus that leaves their women infertile. What is an alien species to do? Go kidnap some humans and conscript them to carry on the species. They don't like the idea of carrying on with a "lesser" species, but they like extinction even less. C'Hakka and a few of his friends find Ever, her sister Xia,and their friend Fleur and take them. Across the planet there are many other " compatible " women stolen from their lives and drug across the galaxy. Ever makes an excellent point: all the had to do was ask and they would have volunteers.

I found the overall story enjoyable, but think that the work could use another pass with editing. There are a few plot holes and character inconsistencies. Unfortunately those inconsistencies were very distracting and had me backtracking several times to make sure that there hadn't been missed details.

I have only read a handful of of alien/monster romances but I think I see more of them in my future...don't judge me! lol. I ended up giving this book at 4.5/5. I thoroughly enjoyed C'Hakka and Ever. From their first encounter, Ever was letting him have it! Regardless of their bond, she was not giving him any slack.

Alien romance dynamic is so interesting. In this particular story, the attraction between the two MC's operated a lot like fated mates in the omegaverse. Of course there were small differences but generally it was attraction that could only be fought for so long before it couldn't.

Basically, the Dragone race has been dwindling and will soon become extinct. The women of the species can only give birth about every 10 years or so and something has happened to make the women infertile. The leader has basically come across info that human women are biologically compatible with the species and can help them repopulate.

Enter the...alien invasion? lol

It wasn't a super long story but just long enough to get you hooked into the story. I really liked that although the Dragone took the women to help repopulate the Dragone race that Ever took it upon herself to advocate for the woman like her. She definitely could have lived her comfy life with C'Hakka and not thought about anyone else.

C'Hakka's sister was adorable. Such a good alien/Dragon SIL. His mother...whole different story! That lady was so rude and inconsiderate. She plucked my nerves every time she was mentioned.

I am definitely excited to read Xia's story when it releases.

I came for the scorching heat Krysti Kash/Kenya Goree-Bell brings to dark romance, I stayed for the sci fi!
C'Hakka and the planet IO have a big problem - war has left them infertile. The answer lies with the woman of planet earth. Visitors from IO a millennia ago were able to reproduce with humans - C'Hakka, King of IO and all the Dragone race, is betting his people's future that this is still the case.

Ever just wants to relax with her friends after a rough week at work. She was counting on ice cream and tv, not a winged alien grabbing her from her house. She certainly wasn't counting on the 6+ foot plus alien telling her she's his mate and they need to have lots and lots of babies to ensure the future of his race. Ever does not respond well to this news, and fights him every step of the way. When she finds out she and her sister Xia and best friend Fleur were not the only ones taken from earth, she has to fight for more than her own freedom.

Politics and family treachery abound on IO and Ever has to keep her wits about her to survive and keep from falling for her Alien Dragon Baby Daddy.

Such a fun story!

I received an ARC of My Alien Dragon Baby Daddy and I must sat it was an ok read.

So the story follows Ever, the FMC who is one of millions of Earth women who were kidnapped and brought to IO, the planet where C'Hakka, the MMC resides.

Along with her sister Xia and best friend Fleur the three women are mated and we get into a sort of fated mates situation.

I loved the smut and monster romance but what I couldn't get into was how one minute Ever was pissed about being taken from her planet and then the next she was jumping ole boy's bones and being complacent.

Like girl really?! I wanted her to stand up more and put up more of a resistance or at least make C'Hakka work for her love, respect her as an equal and not just see her as a breeder.

Overall you get smut, forced proximity, mates, monster romance and sci-fi elements. Also it's a fast paced read and doesn't take long to finish.

Ok, if you have ever read a book by Ms. Kenya aka Krysti, then you know it brings the spice times 10. Now throw in a little alien dragon hottie to give us our syfy fix, and we have gold. Not only was story unique, and will have you guessing what the next move will be? It will definitely have you intrigued to find out what happens in the next books with some of our other featured characters. So when the aliens show up to your place on earth to kidnap you and take you to their planet to be used as a baby making machine and you dealing with a strong minded sista, just know you're in for a ride. Loved the book!

What an adventure ! This was my first read for 2025 and it was everything. It's the perfect escape and a great introduction to what promises to be a sensual, thrilling new series.
There were so many interesting characters throughout the book and I cannot wait to read their stories too but this was Ever's story who along with her sister Xia and best friend Fleur finds themselves abducted by an alien dragon race and transported to their planet for the sole purpose of breeding. Will she accept her fate or will she fight? One thing for sure is that Earth girls are definitely not easy...

I was given an ARC and I am leaving my review.

Sex Trafficking & Stockholm Syndrome

The story was okay, and Ever was a good lead however her and the millions of other women were trafficked to another planet for the sole purpose of having babies. C'hakka was barely likely and had to take damn near the whole book to apologize.
The whole reading experience felt like rage bait, and I was getting so sick of the women having to deal with this mess, but we are dealing with this Neanderthal thinking right now.
I'm not sure I want to read the next book, but Xia seems to have just a tad bit more fight in her than ever, so I may check it out.

This was my first alien book and omg!!! The entire concept was phenomenal! Human women being kidnapped to breed ahhh 🔥🔥🔥🔥

The way they claim one another is so sexy and I am a SUCKER for surprise pregnancy!!

Ever is powerful! Even after being taken she stayed focused and fierce as ever! Which of course made C’Hakka crave her more !

The descriptions were TOP TIER! I really could see these beautiful aliens and their home! It made escaping to this world Krysti created so natural! 10/10

I absolutely loved it!

Unique and intriguing

The story was certainly unique and intriguing. The humor was always right on point. I do wish the editing had been better. I think it’s also important to note this story isn’t really a love story and focuses heavily on politics. The two MC’s don’t fall in love until the end. The are mates from the beginning though. The inability of either to be selfless is a bit off putting especially the FMC. However, it is worth the read! I would say the FMC is an original not copy paste like so many other books.

This was just what I needed. I was looking for something different to read and glad I received this ARC from Kenya! This is perfect fantasy book with a dominant MMC, with possible vibes. Gives dystopian vibes in planet. Love that the FMC was feisty and stood up for her self. Great plot works building and spice. Love the female girl friendship can’t wait for the next book. Book at 5 stars. Another great one from Kenya!

first the title is giving dubbed anime tilte and I love it 🤣
I’m happy to see Kenya pivoting to Si-fi/fantasy, it’s been a long time coming. I really enjoyed reading this, it still brings all the charm of her other books but it’s about a mf DRAGON/ALIEN like who doesn’t love a nice alien fucking 🤭🤭🤭

a very cute and sexy read! you won’t be disappointed just go into it expecting fun and silliness lol
Super excited to see her through this new journey :)

I am such a huge fan of Kenya Goree-Bell that I couldn't wait to read this!!! She gave us something new under the name ,Krysti Kash!! Although I really the book, it was missing something 😕, and that's okay.. The series will only get better. Ever and C'Hakka's story was enjoyable and had great 🔥 🥵 scenes. Oh, and Ever's wit, and fierce love for her sister and friend is something I will always 💖 in this Author's books.

OMG! This book was so much fun to read! I love reading sexy sci-fi and what makes it better is it has a female black lead! Do you know how hard that is to find in this genre? Anyway I don't want to give too much away but Ever and C'hakka's story was so sexy and so much fun to read! I can't wait for Xia and Blanik's book to drop. I read it in a day.

This was a very fun read. I definitely was not expecting this at all. I love Kenya’s books and was excited to begin this. I love sci-fi. I have read very few dragon romances so for me this one had so many new concepts. Love how this is a series with Ever, Xia and Fleur. Can’t wait to read the rest. I honestly expected C’Hakka to be meaner. I liked how he loved Ever.

OMG!!!! I loved this so much

This had everything I definitely understood where ever’s emotions where coming from. New planet not knowing where her sisters were and then becoming a mom and not feeling accepted by her alien baby daddy. She was a strong advocate for the women. I can’t wait for the other ladies story especially the doctor and her alien mate. 😆

Enjoyed the story line! I’m new to alien romance stories. But I could appreciate the fact that Ever wasn’t going to just be a good little submissive mate. She is up for the challenge of her life with C’Hakka and his kind. And to make matters worse his mom is a pain in the butt. But C’Hakka is determined to make Ever love him but it won’t be without a fight. Ohhh and it’s Spicy

I loved the book and story

......

But the editing was TERRIBLE. So bad that it was really distracting. To the point that I hope it was the wrong release?

Just, typoes on every single page. KGB's writing it never like this. It's sad because the book, spice, story, and world building were excellent, but unfortunately ruined by horrible editing. :-(😞

Editing needed

I enjoyed most of the story line but the editing or lack of was an extreme distraction. There were incomplete sentences, double synonyms, misspellings and sentences that made no sense in the paragraph. I'll continue the series with hopes the editing is better moving forward
