Just remember to keep a running total in your head because the winner takes all. Let's see if her guys can keep up with her tonight. And let the hunt begin!
Sinners were hurt during the making of this book.
All Havoc's Eve is a standalone novella of a reimagining of the most dangerous game. chalked full with a polyamorous relationship (why choose), monster romance, dark humor, gore and of course, bratty vibes. No Cliff Hanger Fans of The most dangerous game, and the Purge, will enjoy this little reimagining.
Order of A Creature of Havoc (prequel) Just a bit of Havoc Can't Keep a Good Demon Down Let There be Havoc All Havoc's Eve (Halloween Novella)
I think this would have made more sense to me if I had read the other books in the Havoc series first.
Not a bad short read, lots of smut and violence but I did feel these scenes were very abrupt and concise.
A lot was packed into 104 pages and it maybe could have been spread out further. The scenes felt rushed and jumpy to me. Things could have lasted longer, in my opinion.
The characters are likable and well written, their relationships with each other were clear and how they all fit together.
I think I will definitely read the previous offerings surrounding Havoc and her mates, as I am intrigued as to how we got to this point.
If you pick up All Havocs Eve looking for spice, you will not be disappointed. This short story is an absolute inferno, earning a solid 5/5 on the spice scale - I genuinely didn't realize so much sex could be packed into such a short page count! The author delivers non-stop, intense heat right from the start.
However, for me, the overwhelming focus on the spicy scenes came at the expense of the narrative structure and development. I would have loved to see the story focus more sharply on Havoc's birthday night and the events surrounding it, rather than the relentless sexual escapades. The story felt a bit disjointed because it jumped around between the different characters and scenarios so frequently. It needed a little less time between the sheets and a lot more glue holding the plot together.
Bottom line: If you prioritize extreme, immediate spice above all else and don't mind a fragmented plot, this is your quick, hot read.
What a twisty, hellish ride! One night only for all the sinners to pay. Havoc and her harem were such fun characters to reconnect to in this novella. The banter, spice, and gruesome deaths made this such a quick and easy read. Hoping we get more of these characters in future books!
This book was the perfect little Halloween novella. I loved the characters, the spice, just everything about this book I loved. I probably could’ve finished it in 2 days if it wasn’t for me working, but that’s okay. I ate it up and loved every minute of it. It was so good!!
Demons, fallen angels, and monsters? yes, it’s all here. This short, spicy spooky season novella weaves twisted magic and lurking danger just beneath the surface. Perfect for those hungry for dark secrets, wicked thrills, and suspense this haunting season!
I absolutely loved this dark novella. Havoc is a strong mischievous FMC who just wants to have the best birthday ever! It just so happens that includes her and her mates hunting all of the sinners they’ve captured over the last few months. I do feel like the story could have been a bit longer as some parts felt kind of rushed. Overall though I loved the story, characters, and the spice between them all!
What a fantastic and amusing read! I think I love Havoc—her name suits her perfectly; she's delightfully insane and chaotic.
Although this is a novella, it's well-written, and the characters are fantastic. Their interactions are almost as sweet as cotton candy and incredibly funny.
