Inspired by a desire to give one of the original Hearts of the South books a rewrite it deserved, the Absolutely series began as an exploration of how Tick and Caitlin really began. What developed was a new narrative, a new path for familiar characters, and I fell in love with this new life for one of my favorite couples.
