She’s all color and chaos. He’s spreadsheets and structure. Falling in love was definitely not on the project plan in this sweet, slow-burn romantic comedy set in Mexico.
Billie moved to Guanajuato with one to make it as a full-time artist. She didn’t plan on working with Memo, a straight-laced process improvement manager who treats life like a spreadsheet—and thinks rulers belong in the kitchen.
She’s messy, creative, and allergic to structure. He’s meticulous, reserved, and convinced that vegetables should always be diced into perfect cubes.
The only thing they have in common? A shared obsession with tacos . . . and the fact that everything is riding on the same high-stakes art exhibit that could make or break their futures.
Forced to collaborate, Billie and Memo butt heads over everything from brushstrokes to spreadsheets. But as the long days turn into late-night taco runs, the tension between them starts to shift into something softer—and a whole lot more complicated.
Can two total opposites learn to meet in the middle—and maybe even fall in love along the way?
Filled with heart and humor this sweet romantic comedy is perfect for fans of quirky banter, creative chaos, and happy endings.

Billie is a free spirited artist who moves to Guanajuato for creative inspiration. Memo is an uptight workaholic who analyzes everything. Memo's boss decides he wants the two of them to work together to organize a fundraiser art event during the city's month of celebration. Yet will opposites attract or will they clash and ruin it all?
This is the seventh book in the hilarious romantic comedy series, Smitten with Travel. I love this series, and this one doesn't disappoint. We're taken to a gorgeous city in Mexico that is bustling with life and joy for a month of celebration. Seeing it through Billie's eyes with her vivid descriptions makes me feel like I'm there too. All of the characters are lots of fun and full of quirks, but the focus is on Billie and Memo. To say they're opposites is an understatement. She's impulsive, creative, and whimsical, while he barely cracks a smile and is totally right about paper clips. (Team Paper Clip!) It seemed fast-paced but maybe because I eating the story up so quickly. I had laugh out loud moments and warm fuzzy ones. This was a fantastic light-hearted and sweet read.
