Ivie one crazy b**ch. The reveal at the end was messsyyy. I love the way it ended we don’t need anymore.

If this wasn’t some crazy S**t!. All of Ivie’s screws were loose. I haven’t read an unhinged FMC in a while and although I didn’t like her at all I like this book. So ivie meets novakaine and they have a one night stand and clearly he put it down because lil baby was obsessed with a capital O. The plot had me stuck in the pages ready to see what was next. If you like mystery and psychological thrillers this is a great read and it’s not long at all. I’m excited for book two because nova can’t catch a break and dealing with this crazy heffa, will he?……..

Listen I don’t know what twisted mind Ms. Na’kia has but I’m here for it. This story went on twist and turns and had me on the edge of my seat. This was a step out of my normal reads and I certainly wasn’t disappointed. Amazingly written and will have you questioning the characters.

Uhhhh wtf kinda ending was that 🥴 Ivie was crazy as hell. Kaine let entirely too much slide. I understand he was on parole, but he continued to let Ivie move as if she was untouchable. I did guess one of the plot twist but whewww that other one came outta left field!

Ok wait, I was not ready!!! Mental illness is real! The twist, betrayal and the lack of loyalty in the read let me with my mouth open and on the floor - 🤣🤣
Novakaine aka Nova aka Kaine, this man was just trying to adjust back into society after doing a 5 yrs bid, so he needed to partake in some adult activity. Well not only did he, that adult activity turned into a stalker/ obsession with a one nightstand with - Ivie! I really felt bad for my boy as all he wanted to do is adjust to life without going backwards to the life that got him caught up in the first place! My guy Kaine refuses to allow him heart to love again but has strong feelings for Mia but due to Kia leaving him when he needed her most, turn that heart cold. What’s sad is everyone knew he was trying to turn a new leaf but keep trying to get the him back , however Ivie will be the one that will cause him to back pedal! My guy should have taken notice to all the red flags with the main one being that she was MARRIED!
Ivie, this child is so unhinged. She knew what the deal was from jump. She and Kaine laid out what it was from jump. But my girl was so spung on him, that she truly believes there was something there when it wasn’t! See women irritates me when they play like they didn’t know from the beginning. Like how many ways does someone have to tell what it is . This woman went as far as causing harm to any woman that interacted with Kaine. The truth she told to Kaine had me speechless as I didn’t see that coming at all! Remind you ole girl is MARRIED!

Like you stood your wife on your anniversary! Like who does that! If I was married I wish my husband would. I did care to much for him at all as he was one of them PO’s men talk about all the time. Like he was as dirty as they come. The way he harassed my guy Kaine was crazy! Oh but when that truth came out! He just knew he was going to get away with the dirt he did. But wait to learn he didn’t do it alone but did with the love of Kaine life Kai! Babe, I was not ready for that nor did I expect any of it, oh but Ivie tells it all!

Oh My Goodness!
Talk about Drama! The book drew me in from the very beginning. I think that everyone in this book was delusional. First of all, who has a one night stand and falls totally in love with that person. I got to the end and was quite upset with the ending. There needs to be a part two ASAP. These characters knew nothing about friendship or loyalty. Novakaine was just out there flapping. I was floored to learn who Ivie’s husband was. But I wasn’t surprised to find out who her friend’s baby daddy was. Five past midnight was not good for some people, especially a crooked parole officer. My rating is actually 4.5, due to a few errors that did not take away from the book.

I struggled with whether to rate this a 3.5 or 4 stars ⭐️
The book was good, it’s super fast paced, it’s a good/decent thriller. If you like those old lifetime movies where the woman is obsessed with the man & turns crazy then you’ll love this book or that Obsessed movie Beyoncé was in then you’ll love this book. The plot twist was really good. I just have questions for Ivie because where did this behavior come from & why you didn’t have it with your husband. The book is juicy & filled with some tea

Baby, Ivie is crazy as H3ll. That baby needs a grippy sock vacation and I do mean immediately. Also, as an unpopular opinion Nova should have never slept with that woman because wanted he some a** and didn't think about the responsibility of what would happen after sleeping with an emotionally damaged woman. At the same time she should have listened to herself instead of her friends and not had a one stand because she knew it wasn't for her. Na'kia you did your big one with this one and I cannot wait to see what's coming.

After the only encounter where he snatched her soul after giving her that premium peen, she became obsessed. This book is definitely one to read and the cliffhanger leaves you with wondering how it all of this gonna end.

It was okay
I didn't like Nova. He didn't have any swag or pizzazz. He just came off like s regular nigga fresh out of jail. Ivie is the definition of delulu though, wow. Overall good read. The are tons of sentences that made the characters seem like they were yelling and i think it threw off the flow of the story a bit.

A Wild Freakin Ride!
This has been on my TBR for a hot minute, and I’m glad I could finally get to it. I love the way this story unfolded. I felt so bad for Kaine though. He was really trying, except to find a job lol. I also kinda felt for Ivie too even though sis was doing the most. I recommend.

Idc idc this was a 5🌟 read. The book started out so calm you would’ve never guess the plot twist. Ivie was so unhinged, the story was insane but the full circle moment will have you by the end lol. Definitely a must read!!!!!!!!

This book left me with a lot of questions! I feel like it dragged a bit in the middle and then sped up at the end, then it was over. But I still enjoyed this book a lot! The last twist had me blown away and it wasn’t even a thought in my mind.
