Pretty solid book

I wanted a simple recipe book on mediterranean diet, and this one was a great option. The recipes all use five main ingredients, so it’s easy and quick to cook during the week with a short grocery list. The photos look delicious, but I believe most of the are AI generated, which I’m not very fan of. I’ve made the lentil-rice salad and avgolemono soup. They were delicious. A few dishes rely on pricey seafood, and the Kindle layout feels cramped on a phone, but overall the book made it easy and tasty for me to eat healthier.
