I needed a bit of a break lately from my fictional romances and decided to try out Suspense & Psychological Thrillers stories for a change and I have to admit that this kept me & my hubby up all night who was buddy reading it with me. I totally recommend it reading with your partner BTW. It was a hoot but not one I want a repeat performance – like ever, never. Nope. Nada. You’ll understand why when/if you read it as my man had lot’s of opinions and WTF moments. 😂

It’s a story about a serial killer who is killing cheating husbands and an FMC who lost not one, but two husbands to someone murdering them in their home. She seeks out to find out who is doing these killings & why but there are surprises at every corner and some that I never saw coming! 🤪

Katherine seems to have very bad luck when it comes to her husband being murdered, when she somewhat recovers she relocates to New York and starts over with a new job and a new man, she becomes a divorce lawyer and when her client’s cheating husbands start dying, a detective starts investigating and what she unravels is absolutely incredible. So without spoiling too much of this brilliant story, I would like to add that I have read every book that Sandi Lynn has written and I have also devoured all the words she’s written as Fiona Rivers. I can’t say enough good things about this book and I am one hundred percent positive that you too will enjoy this book and you’ll also be impatient for the next book that is coming. I truly wish I could give this more than 5 stars 🌟

Wow wow wow away to duet a new a new series and a thriller at that 😍

This book had me gripped from the start. The story has you hooked, and while you are reading the book, you find yourself doing the detective work.

Katherine moves to New York after losing her husband to start a new life.  Remarrying and getting moved to work as a family lawyer, she is living the best life.  Working with clients whose husbands have cheated, they all end up dead.  Suddenly, Katherine's life takes an unexpected turn of events that has you not wanting to put it down 😍

An unbelievable thriller mystery

This is the story of a serial killer who is killing cheating husbands. The victims are all stabbed the same amount of times after being drugged. I don't want to put any spoilers in this review because I don't want to ruin the book for anyone. It's a must read, I couldn't put this book down, it is an amazing story. The ending was something I never expected. Looking forward to Fiona Rivers next book because she hit it out of the park with this one!!

Oh my gosh, what a ride!!!

Fiona Rivers, what a way to debut. This story kept me glued to my seat and kept me guessing the whole time it was absolutely brilliant 👏

I'm not normally a fan of reading about the theme of this book, but I have to say it was very well written, and I think easier to read as it all happens off page.

If you love a good thriller, then this book is definitely for you.

I'm excited to see what's next.

In this novel, we are surprised by a fast-paced suspense with some crimes that begin to happen systematically in the life of lawyer Katherine.

The author Fiona Rivers manages to involve us in the plot and when we think we have reached the revelation of who is responsible for the crimes, another twist happens and we question the disorders of the human mind.

Unfaithful, there is someone who knows about your sins and is committing crimes!

It is worth reading and I can't wait for the next book in the series!

Spectacular!!

A romance author of such memorable stories such as The Kind series, The Wolfe Brothers, the Billionaire Romance series, etc. The beginning of a new legal series in the Hamilton series that is drama filled, mysterious, and pushes the limit of ones heartstrings. Then to be able to switch gears to a psychological thriller that brings the reader fear, anger, empathy, and outrage is such a gift. Sandi Lynn please never stop writing. You are an amazing story teller.

This is a well written story that will take you on a journey you will never expect to go. Katherine is a beautiful woman who seems to have tragedy follow her. Her first husband and her are attacked in their home. But Katherine is a survivor. Fast forward and years later, Katherine is married to Oliver when tragedy strikes again. Who is derailing her life? Will they ever find out who is killing her husbands?

I’m not sure if I really want to rate this as a four but rather a three and a half. I didn’t realize it would be a book with a continuation. I wouldn’t say it has a cliffhanger but it is a continuation of the plot. Without giving too much away I realized when Delia was introduced what was happening with Katherine. It is a short fast read so I do hope the next book is fast paced and we know what happens to Delia and Alex.

Fiona Rivers weaves a story of love, loss, murder and survival in Sins Of A Husband. Katherine has the perfect life or so she thought until not one, but two of her husbands were murdered in their home. You will be glued to the pages trying to put all the pieces together! A definitely addictive book

Ever since the first page you get engrossed with the main character that makes it hard to put down the book. Kat lost her first husband in a terrible way, and then tragedy strikes her again with her second husband, through pain, she must find out the truth. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

Completely unexpected

This story line could have been longer and probably should have been, however, I enjoyed the twists and turns and the craziness of the plot. The characters deserved to be more developed as well.
Overall it was good enough for me to spend the whole day reading it.
