I love Michaela’s poetry and her newest collection is no exception! Powerful, moving, and wonderful, I devoured this in one night and am looking forward to a reread when the mood strikes.

A beautiful quick read reflecting on the strength hellos and goodbyes take out of us, and where that strength comes from. The whole thing is imbued with a sense of wonder.

It was fine. Not my style of poetry and felt like it remained scraping the surface of a lot of ideas, but I'd definitely be interested to try more of the author's work in the future.
