I kind of expected more ADHD-specific strategies I wasn’t already using. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few suggestions that were new to me and good ideas, and had I found this straight out of college, it probably would have been game changing. But nearly 15 years removed from college and I’ve found most of the major suggestions in other places. The ‘book’ was also incredibly short

Money well spent!

I love that this book is straight to the point. I've tried reading so many books on ADHD and finance and they all start out with unnecessary information like research and statistics. Needless to say I didn't finish any of them. This was a short read and I took notes so I feel prepared to get started on my financial journey. I recognize the problem with my current methods (or lack of method) and the these tips give me precise ways to turn my situation around. It was also empowering to read. Although I have ADHD there is NOTHING wrong with me. I just have to learn how to do things in a way that my brain likes and understands.
