Let's play a game. A game with numbers. Shall we start with three?

From the author of the best selling DI Savage series comes a twisty new thriller that spans the globe!

In London, Detective Inspector Jessica Chase, newly assigned to the Serial Crimes Unit, investigates the brutal murder of a young woman. The body is found on the banks of the Thames, and DI Chase suspects this killing will be the first in a series.

In Montana, Detective Frank Locke, still haunted by a past case, uncovers a body in the remote wilderness of Lewis and Clark National Park.

In Darwin, Senior Sergeant Takeo Sasaki faces his own demons as he investigates a crime with unsettling ties to a murder that took place thirty-three years earlier.

Though the murders occur on three different continents, they share one chilling detail – the victim's right arm has been cut off.

What connects these killings? Can the three detectives uncover the truth before more victims are claimed? And if they do, will it be enough to stop the killer from striking again?

Readers' praise for previous Mark Sennen

- I could not put this book down!
- I love a book that tells a meaningful story and leaves me thinking long after the final page is read. I am sure those who haven't picked up a Mark Sennen book will also feel the same satisfaction.
- Such unbelievable plots, but made believable by excellent writing.
- The plot is complex and cleverly planned; this book is well-written and moves at some pace with twists and turns along the way .which you can't see coming.
- What a bloody good read, well done Mr Sennen hooked line and sinker, didn't want it to finish. Excellent. Thoroughly recommend.
