Let's play a game. A game with numbers. Shall we start with three?
From the author of the best selling DI Savage series comes a twisty new thriller that spans the globe!
In London, Detective Inspector Jessica Chase, newly assigned to the Serial Crimes Unit, investigates the brutal murder of a young woman. The body is found on the banks of the Thames, and DI Chase suspects this killing will be the first in a series.
In Montana, Detective Frank Locke, still haunted by a past case, uncovers a body in the remote wilderness of Lewis and Clark National Park.
In Darwin, Senior Sergeant Takeo Sasaki faces his own demons as he investigates a crime with unsettling ties to a murder that took place thirty-three years earlier.
Though the murders occur on three different continents, they share one chilling detail – the victim's right arm has been cut off.
What connects these killings? Can the three detectives uncover the truth before more victims are claimed? And if they do, will it be enough to stop the killer from striking again?
Readers' praise for previous Mark Sennen
- I could not put this book down! - I love a book that tells a meaningful story and leaves me thinking long after the final page is read. I am sure those who haven't picked up a Mark Sennen book will also feel the same satisfaction. - Such unbelievable plots, but made believable by excellent writing. - The plot is complex and cleverly planned; this book is well-written and moves at some pace with twists and turns along the way .which you can't see coming. - What a bloody good read, well done Mr Sennen hooked line and sinker, didn't want it to finish. Excellent. Thoroughly recommend.
Mark Sennen was born in Surrey, but spent his formative years in rural Shropshire where he learnt to drive tractors and worm sheep. He has been a reluctant farmer, an average drummer, a failed Ph.D. student and a pretty good programmer. He lives, with his wife and two children beside a muddy creek in deepest South Devon where there hasn't been a murder in years. He is the author of the best selling DI Charlotte Savage series: Touch, Bad Blood, Cut Dead, Tell Tale, Two Evils, The Boneyard, and Puppet; the Holm and da Silva series: The Sanction, and Rogue Target; plus the standalone thrillers: Three and The Sum Of All Sins.
The DI Charlotte Savage series is published by HarperCollins. The Holm and da Silva series is published by Canelo.
Quite a complicated storyline which initially i was a little confused as to what was happening where - would have been good to have chapter headings Australia, UK, US It did all fall into place as they came together. Kept you gripped with twists and turns. Quite unique
