Jade Jones discovered her passion for creative writing in elementary school. Born in 1989, she began writing short stories and poetry as an outlet. Later on, as a teen, she led a troubled life which later resulted in her becoming a ward of the court. Jade fell in love with the art and used storytelling as a means of venting during her tumultuous times.

Aging out of the system two years later, she was thrust into the dismal world of homelessness. Desperate, and with limited income, Jade began dancing full time at the tender age of eighteen. It wasn't until Fall of 2008 when she finally caught her break after being accepted into Cleveland State University. There, Jade lived on campus and majored in Film and Television. Now, six years later, she flourishes from her childhood dream of becoming a bestselling author. Since then she has written the best-selling "Cameron" series.

Quite suitably, she uses her life's experiences to create captivating characters and story lines. Jade currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. With no children, she spends her leisure shopping and traveling. She says that seeing new faces, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures fuels her creativity. The stories are generated in her heart, the craft is practiced in her mind, and she expresses her passion through ink.

second Chances

I loved this story, Sky was living dangerously and had to come to terms that it could cost her her life and her son’s too! Haven thought everything thing was good between him and his cousin Blaze but you can’t always trust family. Zuri needs to figure out her relationship with Flex.

Great Job

INTERESTING

This was good but it was all over the place. The characters were confused to say the least How in the world could u be in love with someone that long and not tell them yall were childhood friends and that u had always been in love. That baby daddy was jus weird u expected her to not have anyone if u were locked up for 45 yrs dude get real, then he gets out and not one time did they have sex nor was he trying to get any something is wrong wit that picutre jus saying. Zuri wasnt really a true friend either she was just a hot mess the whole crew needed some real therapy. Thomas was delusional how he claimed to had loved Skys mom but lusting after her daughter that jus Nasty to the 100th power Eeww! I was mad and annoyed throughout most of book.
Sky and Rebel were meant to be but refused to talk things out and get a better understanding on the facts etc. Blade was a triflin ahole fr he got what was coming to him. Jus happy they got together and the bd ended up accepting the situation.

Definitely a pager turner

This book was so good it kept you on the edge of your seat and just when you thought you knew the outcome a twist happens!! Rebel was a lost soul without his heart and I am glad he got his stuff together to claim his heart back, which was Sky. Sky had me pissed off in certain parts, when she would act like she had air for brains. But she as well started to use her brain and start distancing herself from negativity which exposed some feelings she had to accept and come out of denial of. Which she did, resulting in Rebel and Sky’s family, their happy ending!! As far as Zuri and Flex they were not genuine to begin with so I don’t fill bad for their demise, Tommie and his Father either. Good job Ms. Jones

Disappointing...

It was okay. However, I'm disappointed at the ending. ***SEMI SPOILER ALERT*** Part 1 and part 2 were so built up and intense for an altercation that never came about. The ending was so rushed and nobody got the closure they deserved. There were loose ends too. Like what about Jessica and AJ? And Rebel was always talking about karma, well when and where? Also not a fan of Rebel. Sky kept talking about her "childhood best friend" seemingly forgetting that she didn't even know who he was when he came around. All in all, this series started out good, intense, and interesting but the ending was a dub.

Nice Ending

Overall, this was a good closure on everything that happened in book 1! Similar to book 1 there are a lot of moving pieces but overall I enjoyed how everything played out. Sky really was pissing me off at first lol! Good read! I would recommend this series!

Book 2 keep up with the same level of drama. However, the epilogue was a bit weird.

Good sequel, I feel like the epilogue is a bit farfetched. Maybe I was just expecting a plot twist.
