Bully Alpha Daddy

Rate this book
I’m forced to marry the Alpha who bullied and rejected me for my plus-size body.
I was at the bottom of the food chain, the despised outcast. He publicly broke my heart.
He’s the black ops’ Alpha now, and a single dad. And I am once again in a desperate position.
His response? He says our mating ceremony is tomorrow. And then he knocks me up too…

I’m used to the derogatory comments and behavior. I’m the lowest in the hierarchy after all.
When I have to leave everything I know once again, I end up applying for a live-in nanny job.
Only to find out that he’s my new boss and I have to live in his house.
Only to find out that he’s set on controlling my life once again.

He says our forced marriage is for my own good, for my protection.
But he’s leaving me defenseless against the cruelty of his rough hands.
He’s leaving me defenseless against the softness of his wet mouth.
I know it’s just another way for him to taunt me, to make me suffer for who I am.

But when my bully Alpha finds out I’m pregnant, will he claim me for real?
Or will he only make me suffer more?

The Gold Wolves Black Ops are the possessive, protective beasts of your dreams and nightmares. They are here to own you, protect you, and heal the open wounds that they’ve caused in your soul and your body.

Gets To Pretend "He Always Loved Her And Regretted Hurting Her" While Flubbing Out Inside Another Woman And Impregnating Her

So nobody gets punished for bullying her?

They all get to pretend they were just silly?

Strange message to send Dani, always dodge accountability.

Poor Dani and poor baby.

He was unnecessarily cruel and got nothing back for it, she trusts him immediately while pretending she doesn't, is able to get aroused immediately.

Shes pathetic.

It was ok. A few inconsistencies. I didn’t really like the way mates was portrayed in this. It just felt like the characters could’ve been human and not shifters and it would not have changed the story much, so why even have a fated mate?

I also didn’t really like the way Dani’s bio mother is never brought up, only that she left her a couple months before Mira shows up. Is she just out of the picture, did she die, or what?

Was ich außerordentlich schade finde.

Mira ran from her pack after being humiliated by the alpha’s son, Declan. Now, years later she is running from her pack again. She manages to get a nanny job and is shocked when she arrives and finds the father is Declan. Declan is surprised to see Mira on his doorstep. He is shocked and after a while realises that she is hiding something about her old pack, a secret he is determined to uncover.
Why is it that bullies and tormenters always state that they were just having a laugh – it’s not funny unless everyone is laughing!
This story has quite a few twists and turns to keep you page turning to the end. I really enjoyed this story: Mira is a strong woman but does not feel that way. She has always waited for problems to resolve themselves, hopefully, leaving her alone. Declan is still trying to get out from under his father’s thumb and be his own man.
I voluntarily received and reviewed an ARC copy of the book.

His mate one day just disappeared, and what did he do?

Nothing. Didn't search for her. Didn't pine. He even had a kid in the meantime.

I hadn't seen Mira in years. I didn't even know where she was anymore. Dwelling on it - on her - wouldn't do anyone any good.

Uhm? Excuse me, what? She's your mate? What do you mean you shouldn't dwell on it?? She literally ran away and you just... What? Shrugged your shoulders?

And her brother too! HER BROTHER. His younger sister runs from home, and he does nothing for years. Doesn't search for her or anything... Then when she returns, he suddenly becomes this overprotective brother like nothing had happened...! 🤮

Then the ML and FL have sex (it was a bit random and rushed, not gonna lie), and he suddenly thinks, "hold on, I cannot show emotions. Me Alpha. Me need to be strong."

And he just leaves straight after in a surly mood???

Honestly who wrote these men, they're so bad 😭

I don’t know if I’ve been reading too many rejected mate stories lately, but I am really sick of the lack of grovel. When I read a story about rejected mates, I know the guy is gonna be an asshole and hurt the girl. That’s how it goes. That’s fine. But he needs to actually feel bad for what he did, and I don’t think Declan really does. How far does the “oh feelings are scary so I was cruel and tortured you instead of admitting mine” excuse get you? And honestly, I don’t need a giant grovelly apology if we can only see from the MMC’s inner dialogue that he GETS IT. Like he really understands how much hurt and destruction he caused. That would be enough. But that doesn’t happen here and it really bugs me.

Also, WHO IS DANI’S MOTHER?!!! He just has a kid, isn’t involved with her mother, but we never hear the first thing about her identity? Mira doesn’t think to ask?? It just seems like a GIANT hole in the plot.

This was the first book in the series and it was good. It followed Declan and Mira.

Mira is a woman who is running from not only her past but her present also. She left her old pack due to bullying and heartbreak. Now her current pack is holding something over her head in hopes of her marrying their alpha. But she's not willing to marry him. So she runs right into her past.

Declan is the alpha of a pack and a single dad. He is looking for a nanny. When the one woman who he loved but couldn't tell shows up as the nanny, things start to change.

Mira has past trauma and fears when it comes to not only Declan, but also her brother. Also, she trusts no one. Can she let her walls down? Declan is a man who was taught emotions are a weakness and has a hard time showing or saying them. Can he open his heart and tell Mira how he feels?

This is a standalone first book to what I think will be an exciting series. The worldbuilding is good. I can feel Mira's hurtful emotions. Why she left and didn't look back. And why she had to leave her new pack.
We find out why Declan is who he is and why he signed up for the military.
Dani is a nice addition to the story and all of her "uncles".
Action throughout. Along with suspense.
I liked the twists. And the reason why they or more accurately why Declan married Mira.
Steam to the romance and of course a wonderful HEA.

This was a good read, I really enjoyed reading this book. I really felt for Mira at the beginning and because of the ridicule and teasing she got she had a low self-esteem. When she had to run from the alpha of her new pack it was interesting to see that her and Declan were reunited. My favourite character is Dani, a very feisty and mischievous young lady. I would recommend this book. Loved the ending! I received an arc and the views and opinions are my own.

First book

This was a great start to the series. We get to see some characters as teens and again years later. the characters were well developed and the storyline was somewhat suspenseful and steamy. Dani was funny and a favorite secondary character!
