Listen, that little trip they took was such a great move forward. I am so excited to see what Eiser is planning in the back. Also, what's up with the warehouse and art pieces Serena is buying? There is so many mysteries going on...

New conflicts emerge during their business trip to Herald's residence, from Eva's deliberate attempts to harm them to Friedrich's suspicious actions that shake Serena's trust. At the same time, Eiser slowly entrusts Serena with managing Serenity, allowing her confidence and leadership to flourish. Their relationship evolves from constant tension into reluctant trust, while Eiser's jealousy and affection become harder to conceal.
What makes this volume so addictive is watching Eiser and Serena gradually tear down each other's walls. Beneath their pride, bickering, and love-hate dynamic lies a growing devotion that neither of them is ready to admit. If you're a fan of the enemies-to-lovers trope, you'll probably adore this series. It never feels overly cheesy, and the dialogue, inner monologues, and shifting perspectives are written with surprising depth.

It's a very overrated manhwa.
Serena supposely was a very badass woman but turns out she is just afraid of everything because she was sheltered all her life. Eiser is the usually brooding male lead, nothing about him stand out.
Frederick is a bit more interesting but all the males revolve around Serena.
I don't care about their kindgom.
