Sorry, but Christine Bravata would be more qualified to write about horses than to write about empaths

I've been studying her book description at Amazon.com. And I've been learning about her background, which is impressive, only it includes nothing about knowledge of empaths. Here's an excerpt of her bio on Amazon:

Christine Bravata is a transformational coach, author, and multidisciplinary artist . . . .

She holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and specializes in Equine-Assisted Therapy

Did you read anything there about empath anything?

LIVING AS AN EMPATH IS NOT A MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEM

Look, Goodreaders, I have the standing to voice this opinion because, unlike Christine Bravata, I have extensive-and-growing knowledge about empaths. You can find four of my how-to books for empaths here on Goodreads. In 2001 I founded the system of Empath Empowerment®. Online you can find many helpful articles that I've written for empaths. You can even find articles that provide a "Skilled Empath Merge" for powerful insight into public figures. Any professional writer for empaths ought to be able to do "Skilled Empath Merge" - why not google to see how many of these Christine Bravata has published?

ABOUT CHRISTINE’S DEGREE OF LIFELONG SENSITIVITY

One of my skills as an empath coach is to assess a person's score on the Energy Spirituality® Sensitivity Scale. That very likeable Christine scores 4 out a possible 20 points. She is a Moderately Sensitive Person (a 4), not an Empath (which would be a 20).

Lamentably, mental health, professionals like Christine, and also authors who are simply into pop psychology, are trying to appropriate empaths as a new market for expanding their client base. (I gather.)

EMPATHS HAVE NO NEED FOR SETTING BOUNDARIES, etc.

Might I suggest, if you love reading self-help books with a psychological approach, you'll find many here at Goodreads. But please don't assume that the specialty of Empath Empowerment® - which works powerfully - has anything to do with today's self-help cliches from a completely different field.
