I had read book 1 and two, but didn’t realize we were onto book 5. I found this box set and started over with one. These are so good any book you read from Marie force are going to be fabulous. This was no exception. I love the term wild Widows and there chapter 2 it also hits home…. I was a widow with two small babies, and I found my second chance love. And we’ve been married 43 years now. You have to read these books. They are so good.
as a new widow myself I found this book filled with wisdom
I probably highlighted more sentences in this book than I ever have. Not always easy to read and I’ll admit it touched on nerves and generated more than a few tears. Not sure I’ll be eligible as I’m not ready for a chapter two but it gave me lots to think about.
As a widow, I really enjoyed these books. The characters were authentic. I laughed and cried with them. It is the club no one wants to join but once you are in it, it helps to have others who truly understand. Marie Force has written these stories with real life perspective. I highly recommend them. I also cannot wait for the next one.
This book had me crying and laughing from page one. I don't know how Marie does it, but it keeps me gripping the edge of my seat from start to finish. Definitely a 5 star book.
