If Thanos and Goldfinger had a baby, it would be Dr. Volkov in this one. Blisteringly comic in his madness, he’s like Dr. Evil in the actual 60s who, although he has the power to literally turn men into mice, would prefer to turn them into other animals. This man is the villain the world needs!
