Gi-ga-vreemd natuurlijk, want hoe was zoiets mogelijk? Ook dit vroeg om een diepgaand onderzoek!
Elisabetta Dami is an Italian author that currently resides in Italy. She is the author of the Geronimo Stilton series, a bestselling childrens book. She enjoys traveling the world seeking ideas for her series. She writes under a pseudonym of Geronimo Stilton. She is also a co-owner of Italian based publishing company Edizioni Piemme.
I feel bad for Geronimo character - all he want is peace at his home but call by his people he knows like thea(sister), petunia pretty paws & his grandfather - he wants him to do his job to capture pictures of that monster in news so he have no choice but to go 😂😅. Those clues are so easy to know who's the culprits are. At least Geronimo reveal the truth to justice in newspaper headline cover.

Miss 5 enjoyed puzzling over the 'photos' and trying to work out why they were 'wrong' and working out what was really going on. She doesn't like that Geronimo's Dad is so mean to him.
What we like: The colourful pictures and exciting fonts. The way colour and interesting fonts are used to highlight words on each page is great for helping Miss 5 learn to read new words. The detective / mystery angle and the questions/clues at the end of each chapter.
Miss 5 and I like to explore different books and authors at the library, sometimes around particular topics or themes. We try to get different ones out every week or so; it's fun for both of us to have the variety and to look at a mix of new & favourite authors.
Zelfde. Lekker rustige mysterie perfect voor Halloween. Even wat lichts.
It was nice book, i would say. 5 stars cause nothing the book disappointed me and it was an interesting story. I completely liked, though it seems to not target my age group. It has lots of illustrations in it, which were just EPIC!
It was a tiny book but a good story like the lake monster thing and it was exciting when i read the book first and exciting when i was reading the it is a pretty good book .
Well Miss 6 likes them. they know their audience, I'll give them that. Some of the clues/riddles were poorly written but we still enjoyed puzzling through.

3.5 stars (3/10 hearts). It’s rather a detective story, like Scoops en série à Sourisia; a bit obvious but still interesting. There is also a second part with a scam, which was a little more complex.
In this book, a mysterious creature appears in the lake and soon everyone arrives there curious to see the lake monster. Geronimo is forced to go and take pictures for 'The Rodent's Gazette, the most famous newspaper on mouse Island. Reaching there, he realizes that his biggest enemy Sally is also there. At the end, it turns out to be Sally and Samuel Sweetwater, the manager of the hotel near the lake, was faking everything to attract more tourists to come to the lake so that he can expand his hotel while Sally wanted to sell millions of copies of her newspaper. This book was funny and I actually felt bad for Geronimo to be forced to go there while hr hated to travel and stuggle on their road trip. Overall, I'll recommend this book to young children.
