We also learn more about Gabriella and her past and how she plays a major role in the Caught Off Guard saga.
I loved this book. I enjoyed the characters and their journey's with love. The beginning was just as intriguing as the ending because we see that Liam has some serious explaining to do. I melted as he pleaded with Desiree, sitting outside her front door. He loved her so much. There was also suspense that kept me wondering what was going to happen next. I held my breath when Desiree said "Liam I have something to tell you." I don't want to give too much away, but this was a great read.
OMG!! Never thought it will evolved like that, such a mess and heartbreak for a bit. Really well written and keep you going until you realize ther is no more, it completely hooked me!!
What an entertaining read. It kept me hooked until the last page. I wanted to find out what happened in the past and what the future held in store for Liam and Desiree. And I was definitely surprised at how things went down. A few times, the curve ball was thrown which I did not expect. I enjoyed reading about Liam and Desiree and why he was always so protective of her. The ending was shocking. Now, I'll have to read the next book in the series to find out what happens.
The author does a great job developing the secondary characters. I was already attached to Liam and Desiree from the first book. But now that I got to know the other characters more in this story, I want to find out what will happen to them. If you're looking for a quick, entertaining read that holds your attention, this one is a good one. Recommend to read the first one of the series, which was also quite enjoyable.
