I was surprised how short it was. It also touched a lot on abusive relationships, and I was seeking more of toxic cycles. But overall it had good information.

Took quite a bit of good advice from this. It’s a short read so will probably read again at some point as it’s that type of book. Screen shot some of the good advice although there is snippets on their instagram page with some snack size quotes that is worth a follow :)
