From your Favorite Amazon Best Selling Author Ruth Bawell..comes this wonderful Amish Clean Romance Story set in the lovely season of WINTER...

Emma Miller has been busy keeping her family together after losing her mother, helping around the farm and raising her little brother and sister. Now, with her father’s leg injured, she’s busier than ever. She likes it that way, though, and can’t rely on anyone but herself. So when Daniel Troyer comes to town, helping out at his aunt’s farm, her carefully ordered life is thrown into disarray. Daniel is kind, handsome, and eager to help—and Emma wants none of it. She can take care of herself and her family.

Daniel Troyer is ready for a change. His parents died not long ago, one after the other, and he still feels a bit bereft. Selling his farm and coming to live with his Aunt Ruth seems an excellent plan while he sorts things out. He was hoping for something to bring a spark to his life, but he didn’t expect to be drawn to the somewhat aloof Emma Miller. And even as Emma’s guarded heart keeps her at bay, she can’t deny that she feels the same for him.

But when a misunderstanding almost tears them apart, Emma may have lost her chance at love—just when she was ready to take it.

The Farmer’s Daughter

This was an awesome book about the farmers daughter who carried the weight of the world around her neck. She was unable to live her life happily and enjoy her family. Toward the end she was able to relax a little and let a certain someone into her life. I do hope there is a part 2 to this book.
