In 1995, he was hit by a stolen vehicle on duty and fractured his spine. Forced to retire, he returned to education, achieved a first-class (Hons) degree, a teaching certificate and a master's degree in fine art.
Originally writing under his real name of Nigel C. Williams, he wrote his first novel in 2010. Entitled Eden Relics, the book garnered interest from one of the big 5 publishers but fell at the last hurdle. Without a contract, he continued to write, mainly crime, and teamed up with Arthur Cole (a former Special Branch sergeant) to pen the hugely successful Terry McGuire crime series of 9 novels (all published traditionally by Wordcatcher).
Now writing under a pseudonym, DEAD LEGACY is his first supernatural chiller.

A great read to escape every day life!! Characters that gave me enough, but now I want more! A storyline that kept pulling me back in.
