One fake date. Three alpha bikers. My rules? Don’t fall. Their rules? I’m theirs.
I only agreed to one night of pretending. A fake date to keep my past in the past. But with three ex-military bikers in my corner, pretending is getting harder. They’re looking at me like I’m theirs to keep.
Woodrow, with his commanding presence and deep brown eyes. Henry, whose teasing grin melts all my defenses. And Seth, who’s as rough as he is protective.
Falling for them? That wasn’t supposed to be part of the deal.
I thought my past was my biggest problem. Turns out, falling for three alpha bikers might be even more dangerous.
18+ readers only. Faking it with the Bad Boy Bikers is a steamy reverse harem romance brimming with alpha ex-military bikers, heart-pounding chemistry, and a guaranteed happily ever after. Buckle up for a fiery blend of love, suspense, and passion that will leave you breathless!
4.6 stars. First off. That blurb is kind of misleading, I feel. There wasn’t any fake dating..just some hammed up flirting in the beginning. Not fake. Just exaggerated a little and in good time for the correct crowd.
Still. This was so good. I was not expecting to love this so so much. But I really did. Ugh. The amount of times I made an ‘awwww🥹’ face…it was kind of ridiculous. Plus. It was all kinds of steamy. Seth has a filthy mouth and I was absolutely all about it.
You just can’t go wrong with a Sunmer Haze book. You just really can’t. They’re just always such a pleasurable and easy breezy read. This one had me laughing so hard. The humor was yet again on point. I have to admit that the actual MVP of this book was Waylan. That girl was just so funny and cute and crazy, she was my spirit animal. And the MMC‘s were also just really well written. They were very masculine and hot and just very believable. I just loved everything about this book and I would highly recommend it if you want something easy and fun and cute and sexy to read.
Honestly Summer Haze just has a way with her writing that literally has me smiling the entire time I’m reading. I love this universe, I love the plots and diversity and the characters and how each standalone is complete but gives a hint at whose story is next.
I’m betting it’s Maxie and I’m kinda making up a theory that she’s not the good girl everyone thinks and I could be totally wrong but the BD*M club was mentioned in this book and honestly I’m curious if Maxie ends up secretly being a visitor there and that’s where her men will be from. Who knows but I think she deserves some loving.
I also hope we see some past characters in the next one at the town over especially if Mills, Tate and West get a book. I’m curious if they’ll be having a new girl or if they’ll end up with Ava from this story who had a WILD story! Felt for her.
Either way I hope eventually this series doesn’t end but a new one of the kids from these characters come next and maybe doing some cross overs of the kids from different tows but better keep track of the family trees 🤣
Lame! Too many characters for a 211 page book. Why are there so many subplots that go nowhere?? This is just bad writing. Vivian was a lesbian ok good, but nothing about her ever matures to anything. Ok Vera was shot and has her own reverse harem yet only reed was talked about or had words on the book again useless subplot. The three brothers??? I am so confused about what the hell their role was in this book. Mills was the only mostly vocal and hostile one and he would have sufficed as one person and no need for west and Tate who somewhat believed their sister but at the end of the day just thought she was a liar and a bad girl. Don’t know even know why the parents were written into the book just to be dead the whole time and also blade and Virginia took her in but also they are dead. WTF???? This is like an elementary plot of a story. Reduce the characters and focus on the story maybe you’d get more than half a star. The chemistry was lame and the reverse harme seemed forced but also everyone had to have some sort of trauma?????!!!! No!
Oh, my goshness! This story was adorable, steamy with only a dash of drama. My favorite.
Where do I begin? Waylan. That spitfire with a true heart of gold owned my heart in chapter one and my love for her continued to grow up until the very end.
Papa Jack has got to be the best animal I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading in a book.
The guys. *fans self* continued to grow and I really enjoyed their character development.
Nellie had a rough life before returning to Devil’s Den but she was true to herself and I was so very proud of her for opening her heart to the love she deserved.
This is one of the best series I have read to date and I cannot wait for the next installment. Who will it be about? The rest of the boys? I’m positive it’ll be Millie given the last minute scene with the lumberjacks. She hasn’t been mentioned much but from the little bit we got to know her she certainly deserves a happily ever after like her sisters.
Until then I’ll be keeping a lookout for more of Summer Haze.
I just read Vera’s story recently and it was so good. I loved her inability to shut up. Now this book is about Vera’s younger sister, Nellie, who had left home ten years earlier. No one knew exactly where she went or why she left. It turns out that her parents had kicked her out when she was sixteen and pregnant. She has come back to the town of Devils Den with her daughter Waylon. Waylon is a carbon copy of Nellie and uber protective of her mom. She also brought a huge cat named Papa Jack. She meets the undercover agents that lived as bikers. Seth, Henry, and Woodrow. Life gets very interesting as Nellie’s fake flirting turns real. All in all this is a great read. I love the reoccurring characters from previous books. The Dolls Club is a hoot. We could all use such a group. 😁😁
I have so many questions—and honestly, I shouldn't have this many questions. I feel a little bad giving this two stars, because it's not bad per se, but after reading two stronger reverse harem books right before this one, this just didn’t scratch the same itch.
It’s an okay quick read, sure. But by my rating system, it falls into the “I’ll forget this existed and accidentally check it out again thinking it’s new” category. So that’s a two-star read for me.
Also, can we talk about the title? There's barely any fake dating in this. Don’t go in expecting that trope, because it’s misleading. Read this if you like reverse harems and… loosely defined biker vibes. Honestly, even the “bikers” part is a stretch. The blurb feels kind of misleading, and that didn’t help my overall impression.
While still a fun time, this book felt a bit more forgettable to me. There was a lot of pain and heartache that I remember being conveyed about Nellie and how she wasn't around, but now that we have her story, a lot of it felt kind of... I don't know. Glossed over? Like, we have all the details. We know what happened. It just didn't hit me very hard. It was very much, "Oh, this is what happened. It sucks and we're mad and we're angry." It fell kind of flat for me.
Not to mention, the whole reason for Nellie returning home was a problem, but wasn't really a problem? Like, it was, but it was very in the background... until it conveniently wasn't.
These are definitely fun and cute romances, but this one was my least favorite by far.
I loved this book! It was such a fun quick read. it has me laughing so much! I loved Waylon she was such a funny little spit fire! the Chemistry between the main characters was great! I do wish that they would've found out that Steve had been the surprise and not the other fool. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to these characters, I wanted more. it would've been great had there been an epilogue. I gave this book 5 stars because good reads doesn't do halvesies, I would've given it 4 1/2 due to no epilogue and the details on the family drama didn't get much of an explanation in my opinion. But I definitely recommend this book, it left me feeling happy. I enjoyed and needed the laughs, and the great spicy scenes!!

Hot young mother with smart child meets 3 hot law men
Pregnant teenager turned out of home by parents, homeless, meets caring biker couple. Now as adult , young mother comes back to hometown, meets up with siblings,. Parents lied to siblings about youngest sister, who was kicked out. Takes alot to let her brothers know, lies parents told about her.She comes to love the 3 lawmen, sis Vera, pregnant, has 3 men of own. End things get straightened out with brothers, who always blamed the younger sis. Funny moments about their fat cat and Waylan., struggling with cat
I Absolutely loved this book, was hooked from the second page and couldn't put it down, I am actually disappointed it wasn't longer. I laughed a lot and even cried a little, Wayland was my favorite character next to that gorgeous oversized temperamental cat and I would be absolutely thrilled if you did a follow up of this particular book. Onto number 3 in the series now.
another hot and fun read from Summer Haze. i def feel like this one was a little bit spicier than the others. the title and blurb did feel a bit misleading. there wasn’t any actual fake dating. Nellie just flirts with Woodrow, Henry, and Seth to get back at her brothers. and when i think of bikers, i think of motorcycle clubs. but the guys do ride motorcycles but are also part of the sheriffs department.
as always with this author’s books, i loved Nellie’s daughter, Waylan. she was fierce and so protective of her mother.
also fxck the oldest Hellstone brothers. in both of the books they make an appearance in with their sisters, they are the worst. i don’t see them getting any better or being redeemable.
What kinda Author makes a 9 year old girl that cusses like a sailor and gets on adult’s about cussing.🤬! She acts like a feral child. Her mom just apologizes to her when the child acts out and lets her do it,then does the same thing herself. The both of them act like trash. The cat acts feral himself and that’s alright with everyone. This is the worst book I’ve ever read by this author.I won’t be reading anymore of her books!Just creepy and gross 🤮!!!
Read the first book first but even if you don't its still an amazing book. I just love the suspense but the references to characters from the fist book is a nice touch that's why I would recommended starting their. The reverse harem is defiantly a wonderful worth while reading and just enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Sometimes you wanna read a dirty little book and just get away from the darkness in the world. When that dirty little book makes you squirm with its naughty writing that's a plus but when the story makes you giggle and laugh too. It's gold. Loved it!
I discovered Haze’s books last year and instantly fell in love with her writing—funny, light, and incredibly entertaining. Oh, and let’s not forget… sizzling! This latest book follows Nellie’s journey, where family secrets unravel, past events come to light, and love finds her in not one, but three unexpected places—Seth, Henry, and Woodrow. The chemistry between them is off the charts, with scenes that are both steamy and heartwarmingly sweet. Summer Haze has a way of pulling you in, and I can’t recommend her books enough!
This book was hilarious and also at times spicy! I loved it. Summer Haze has quickly become one of my favorite authors. Papa Jack might have been one of my favorite characters in this book. Him and Waylan were absolutely nuts together.
4½⭐ This was a fun, sweet, really funny and super steamy read. The characters were good, especially Waylan, she's absolutely adorable. The set up for Maxie's book was a good addition, guessing she's the next book anyway.
I loveeeeedddd Waylon!! She made this book for me!! It was hilarious but also spicy and sweet! This was my first Summer Haze book and now I have to read all of this.. 10/10 recommend!!!
Nellie & Waylan are definitely my favorites out of just about every book I've read! I love the mother daughter duo. Their drive and passion to be each other's savior. This book is most definitely a must read and 1 I will recommend to anyone and everyone.
This book made me actually lol several times. I even had to read out loud to my husband so he could laugh with me. Well written, great story, sweet, steamy, good amount of plot, definitely worth reading! Now I need to find Maxie's story...
I needed a pallet cleanser and this was perfect! The book was juicy, funny, and fast paced with a good plot. I absolutely want but a daughter like me Way! I loved Nellie and all her men! Perfect quick read!
I thoroughly enjoyed this Book!!! Desires, Hopes and Love, make this story absolutely Perfect. These characters become real. Can't wait for another edition of this story!!!
Such a fun story, but what happened with Hammer? So much fun when the little sister finally gets to stick it to her brothers and Noone got hurt. Love the way that Summers books all have that "feel good " sense throughout the book.
Best a funniest book ever! Summer Haze knocked it out of the park with this one. I have never laughed so hard almost peeing my pants several times. From beginning to the ending I was hooked!
