Calla writes a variety of genres from sci-fi, fantasy, paranormal, to contemporary romance novels. I have read a few of her books and each one is totally different to the others. This book is a Sci Fi story and the visuals she brings in her writing transports you to another place. I really enjoyed this book.
There is drama and suspense, danger, steamy scenes and romance. The world is well-crafted is engaging and entertaining with fully developed and endearing characters.

Quick alien romance

This quick alien romance had an interesting combination of suspense, battle, and fated mates.
The main characters were an Earthling hair stylist and a Saedo soldier that had clicked right away when he had helped rescue she and her sisters. Definitely recommend this short story.

Cute

A cute story that was also a quick read. It wasn’t really long enough to get a feel for the characters but the world building was nice.

I was given a copy of this from the author. Lucky me!
Earth meets Celeron – human meets star being. What could possibly happen?
There are several possibilities war, hate friendship or love.
In this short story Calla Zae chooses love and wow what a way to discover that you are meant for each other – blue mist.
Calla writes in a descriptive way that allows pictures to form in your head, from the green skin of the star beings to the pink grass and two moons above.
This is a gentle, feel good love story that is well worth a read. It lifts your mood in a time when we all could do with a little positivity.

The Moon & Stars 🌝⭐️
I really love this series of books so far. In this one we see Sasha go after her alien man Maeson. I really liked that a little time had passed since the 1st book so that we could get a feel for how all the sisters were fitting into their new lives in Saedo. It’s also neat to read about the ways that life is the same, yet so different for the sisters now. Maeson was so sweet, romantic, also pretty cheesy, in a good way though. I can’t wait to read Inga and Osayik’s story next. Lastly, I will never think of the moon and stars the same way again lol. Read the book to find out why 😉

Maeson, a Saedo warrior, and Sasha, a human hair stylist, strongly connect when his group rescues her and her sisters from some monsters. He has something he must complete before he is free to be with Sasha, but she does not know that and tries to find him. The short story has great characters that work well together, with intense feelings. Loved the grandma Ova and her quick wit. I am a hair stylist - cosmetologist - and I would love to use some of the objects Sasha talked about. Sounds like a lot of fun and artistry. Loved the emotional attachments the characters had to each other and how the love and understanding was so freely given. Can not wait for the next storyline. Well done.

It's another fabulous Short Story from Calla Zae
This one follows Sasha as she questions the reality of her flirtation with a handsome star-being Maeson. Sasha is establishing her career as a hairdresser on her new home planet. Maeson was the star-being who rescued her from the monsters who kidnapped her and her sisters from Earth. But after a bit of flirtation Maeson disappears. Sasha is determined to track him down... and puts herself in danger, but love is worth it. An enjoyable story, and a great series! Sasha and Maeson are well suited to each other. It's a great read for a commute or just wanting to kick back and relax. Read it now.

Sasha was rescued by Maeson when they saved the sisters from the horrific beasts when they were abducted. Sasha has found her worth by cutting hair in Saedo. Sasha has found out that Maeson so she is going to visit him and find out why he's not texted her back. Maeson is not ignoring her he is helping to keep a promise to someone before he goes to get Sasha. There is action, sweet, cute, short story, with romance. I can't wait to read the next story in this series. I received an ARC copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I was sent a copy of this book by the author in exchange for an honest review.
Sash and Maeson. She's human and he's a star-being. They get together at Grandma Ova's home - Sasha to cut Grandma's hair and Maeson whose building replacement structures destroyed by "things".
The story is a sweet romance between two "beings" who are fated to be together. The story was really enjoyable and I'd love to read more by Calla.
Highly recommend

An honorable alien soldier rescues Sasha from horrific beasts, and she falls for her hero. But when he disappears, she decides to follow him rather than give him up. But although Maeson is drawn to Sasha, he has given his word and must complete his promise to someone else before he can give his love to Sasha. Will she wait for him? Or will she intervene in what he is trying to do?

It's a short light story. Sweet, too. The phrase "I deserve a man who values and keeps his word and loves me as if I'm his dream come true" resonated with me. It was beautiful.

Our Maeson fits that bill and his love for Sasha uplifted her. This is an interesting world, and interesting alien.

Sasha's full moon

Sasha Nelson n her sisters were abducted from Earth by the Ulkrins. They were rescued by the Saedo's. Each sister had a secret wish they wanted fulfilled for the New Year. Sasha had a bad relationship which left her with serious doubts about finding someone who would admire n respect her . A man with fire in his heart, passion in his soul, who knew the meaning of dedication n would love her as if she was his dream come true.
Maeson showed interest in Sasha. Sending her flowers. Sitting beside her when they ate together. Then he left without saying anything.
Sasha was mystified. She could tell by the look in his eyes that he felt something for her. Working at the hair salon she overheard his name being mentioned. (Sneaky women😇😉). Grandma Ova had hurt herself n Maeson left to take care of her home. Oh, n by the way she could use something done to her hair.
Sasha decides, if Mohammad won't come to the mountain, then the mountain will go to Mohammad.
What transpires as the Ulkrins again try to interfere on the planet? This is another short but sweet story by the author.

Verrry Simplistic.

Written in statements. Like "I this, he that " ugh. Very little background and teenagerish... So that's not an actual word, but should be. If you take out the sex, it would be appropriate for a teenager. Just No. I stopped at page 35 when the mmc responded to the fmc 's question of why he'd ignored her texts for weeks with a feeble, " If I thought about you I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing" Wow, the stupidest excuse and she was thrilled...UGG, see Teenager. Delete, Delete. 15 anyone?

meh…at least it’s short

This is one of my latest Stuff Your Kindle Day acquisitions. I usually love alien fated mates type stories, but this one just didn’t do it for me. Very little world building. Flat boring characters. Possibly the most boring spicy scene I’ve ever read. Left me feeling very “meh”. It would be easy to explain all that away by noting the short page count, but really that’s not the issue. I just didn’t feel any connection to the characters. I don’t think I will be reading more of this series.

Well...you'll laugh

I'm sorry This was just a wreck that you had to laugh at. Between The horrendous nicknames that this man gave to the main love interest about her body parts to the fact that she was knocked out for 24 hours for running and throwing a pair of scissors at a monster you just can't take it seriously because it's very stupid. The couple also lacked a lot of depth and that's probably due to the length of the story honestly

An Alien Crush

Sasha and Maeson, who is a star being, met when he as part of the soldiers of Saedo, saved her from Ulkrin monsters determined to breed her and her sisters. She ended up living on a new planet with her two sisters.
She fell immediately for Maeson and thought that he felt the same but he disappeared from her life.

An Alien Crush

The story line was good. It kept my interest. I found the killer blue bunny strange and funny. I see that star men don't communicate well. But at least they got together.

Pretty good

4/5🌟
This was an enjoyable read. Wasn't spicy but cuties. About a human woman falling in love with an alien. I love how the alien was all about the FMC and wasn't ashame to express his undying love to her. It was just so heartwarming.

An okay alien romance but I clearly didn’t get every nuance in this book since I hadn’t read the first one in the series. So some parts of the worldbuilding and lore left me questioning things and feeling confused.

Sort of a cliffhanger?

This was a good read; for two days. It went far too fast. I'd probably need to read the whole series but I don't feel inclined to do so..

It is short.
There are aliens.
She threw a pair of scissors at the alien.
The alien had pet names for her body parts.
