2011 年獲中文大學校長模範教學獎和社會科學院模範教學獎。鑽研公關學多年,喜愛遊走學院與公關業界之間。
近年更愛觀察香港及中國社會上種種美麗與不美麗、明智與不明智之公關現象。經常在國際傳播學雜誌發表企業傳訊的學術文章,但最愛的,還是寫書。
著有《公關學一天課》、《管理自己,才能管理別人》等暢銷著作。
