Nora is an interesting character with two souls and a whole lot of sadness and anger. Learning this new world and how the system works was really intriguing. I’m excited to delve more into this series!!!
Rate: 10/10 Cries: 3 times Review: You can tell this book was very thoroughly thought out and planned for something more to be brought on. The dedicate page said for sad beans and even tho I am one, this really carved an almost magical nostalgic feel. You can still feel Emmett’s anger and frustration of being trapped but she doesn’t hide the fact that she still feels empathetic for eunora and doesn’t hide that she’s still a child. I definitely sobbed the entire prologue two entry, that was a story within a story. It was so good it felt like its own creation. Her interactions with noir made me cry because you could feel the yearn of wanting something more for both souls in the character. Overall, so good and im very excited for the next book and to see where and the growth for Nora/emmett.

I just finished this book, and it was a deeply emotional and thought-provoking read. Eunora’s struggle with the memories of her past life and the loss that comes with it felt raw and realistic. The blend of fantasy and psychological conflict made the story stand out, and I was drawn to her internal battle as she tried to find meaning in a life she didn’t choose. The pacing was steady, and the writing was immersive. While parts felt heavy, it added to the depth. Overall, it’s a unique and compelling story that stayed with me after finishing.
Read the book in a single night! It just kept drawing me in. I'm definitely going to be reading book 2 to find out what happens next. This book is not your typical LitRPG... it's less about fighting and more about the emotional arc of the MC. That being said there's stats and progression. I'm giving it 5 stars because I loved it and couldn't put it down.
