If ‘ye kuch bhi parlegi!’ Could be tested, this book would be a fine test. I usually do not start books that I cannot finish; and almost never leave a book unfinished, no matter how bad it is. This book, I started because a friend wrote it, so of course, I had to finish it.
I agree, it’s too wordy and descriptive, starts really slow and goes in loops too, but stick around and it gets better. Knowing the writer also helps you put the words into imagination.
Honestly, I hated the protagonist - for he is truly a man whore who doesn’t know what he wants till the last page. But I like Ayra, at least as much as we were told about her.
It takes a lot of concentration and attention span to get through the characters and the repetitions but the story winds up quickly in the last few chapters! So sticking around surely pays off!
Read it for Adivarekar, would smack Abhyankar, if I saw one on the street;)

I had high hopes for this book after reading the reviews, but honestly, it's just a one-time read. The storyline isn't very strong, and the excessive use of thriller-style language in almost every paragraph takes away from the experience. It had potential but could have been much better.
