Kate Glass is a fresh new voice of romantic Science Fiction. Persephone Rising is a great read for all ages. It takes place in the dystopian futuristic city of New Chicago. A city filled with slums and gangs as well as a harsh police force. Kate does a great job of fleshing out this world with naturally sounding future slang and technology. The characters come alive on the page, and you can’t help but be invested. I highly recommend this book.

A must read from Author Kate Glass. From the beginning I felt I was in New Chicago. The sights and sounds were so vividly written. I could feel the characters emotions, and their fear of their unknown future. The twists and turns that kept me anxiously awaiting what happened next have me now looking forward to the next book in the series!

It was a little slow starting but now I’m all in! I want to know what will happen? And How?! I’m looking forward to starting Erebus Unleashed tomorrow!!
