While pursuing an MFA in Screenwriting, Toni had scripts optioned by prominent studios and recently produced an indie film, LA-308, which now has offers of distribution pending. Toni began her career by writing non-fiction for local newspapers, edited Baton Rouge Magazine, and sold articles to places like Redbook and Mademoiselle. In her copious spare time, she practiced her Ninja skills, though she can’t prove it because no one ever saw her.
She and her husband, Carl, thrive in the French Quarter, where they’re not the craziest ones on the block. Sometimes, they’re not even second craziest. She and Carl have also owned and operated a civil construction company for over thirty years [hence, the crazy], with projects all over Louisiana, Mississippi, and south-eastern Texas. They are also working on a home/remodeling project in the Quarter. Her grown sons survived her (they might say ‘barely’ but they don’t get to write the bio, ha!), with one becoming a SWAT police officer and one becoming a Firefighter. [In other words, Toni rarely sleeps.] Meanwhile, she and Carl are absolutely frothing-at-the-mouth proud of the two g-kids and three step-ish-g-kids (it’s complicated, but it’s all good).
One day, when she’s grown up enough, she’s going to get another puppy. This may take a while.

Best novella of the three. Right on cue for the hilarious, the hijinks, the witty charm and new developments of planning a wedding. I'm hoping upon hoping that another title will pop up in this series featuring Cam and Izzy... and a hint of Bobbie Faye and Trevor. ;o) What would life be without a little bit of Cajun, Bayou fun??? Please Ms. Toni McGee Causey.....

Oh how I have missed Ms Bobbie Faye and her ability to have trouble follow her where ever she goes. There were many laugh out loud moments as we watched her head to the alter with hunky Trevor. It was nice to see all the supporting characters that i had grown to love in previous books.

I can't say what I loved about the end of this story because, spoilers! But it twisted and surprised me, and I can't wait to see what happens next to Bobbie Faye, Trevor and the rest of the gang!

What a wonderful ending for Trevor & Bobbie Faye. Hopefully we will see books for Cam and Nina. Because they deserve a happily ever after too.

A nice wrap up for the series.
Since I don't normally write reviews unless I have something specific to say, here's the break down of how I rate my books...
1 star... This book was bad, so bad I may have given up and skipped to the end. I will avoid this author like the plague in the future.
2 stars... This book was not very good, and I won't be reading any more from the author.
3 stars... This book was ok, but I won't go out of my way to read more, But if I find another book by the author for under a dollar I'd pick it up.
4 stars... I really enjoyed this book and will definitely be on the look out to pick up more from the series/author.
5 stars... I loved this book! It has earned a permanent home in my collection and I'll be picking up the rest of the series and other books from the author ASAP.

Who doesn't love a good laugh with Bobby Flaye?
I could read about Bobby Flaye and all those crazy, fun characters daily. The laughs are worth it, guaranteed! While reading Causey you get a silly grin on your face.

Everything a Bobbie Faye book should be. Bobbie Faye gets a wedding of her dreams a baby and all the love of family and friends. I’d love to see if Cam can find love in Izzy(Trevors baby sister) and if Riles can show Nina that they would be good together. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best one yet!
Yes, it is a short story. It has all the chaos and humor of the other books. Grab your tissues because "... and so she did." is the best ending!!!
