University professor Davey Warren is selected for a career-changing opportunity to live in a colonial home from the 1600s. The Rowe House and its surrounding property, having been involved in the New Hampshire colonial witch trials, is reported to be haunted. Davey's purpose is to investigate any odd happenings on the property, including the mysterious clearing. To fulfill his task, he must research the history behind the property to discover information that perhaps should be left in the past. When Davey's real estate agent, Kelly Barlow, and her daughter, Mandy, get involved, the true history behind Rowe House, the clearing, and its supposed "hauntings" come to light.
