Vivaxia tried to make Camillia a pawn in our eternal game—when she’s wrong about her.

She’s not meant to be a pawn. She’s our queen.

The Hell Fae Realm is in dire need of one, especially when rogue Virtuous Fae magic strikes.
Who is an enemy? Who is being controlled?

The last thing I want to do is punish the innocent, but that’s all part of Vivaxia’s game. She wants to hurt me, and deeply. That means dismantling everything I’ve built, finding ways to make all of the kingdoms turn on me.

Had she planned for every outcome, she might have won. But I know something a creature like Vivaxia will never know, no matter how much she observes, schemes, or plans.

My realm is not built on fear. My subjects are loyal because of what I represent. I am everything the Virtuous Fae were not.

I don’t control them. I let them exist exactly as they are—I let them fulfill their destiny how they see fit.

Destiny isn’t designed by those with power.
It is forged with love and grief, and most of all…
With Hellfire.

Authors’ Hell Fae King is a dark romantasy with four tormented mates and no choosing required. If you like your antiheroes dominant and sexy, you’ve come to the right realm—the Hell Fae Realm, where the romance is hot and no forgiveness is required. This is the final book in the Hell Fae series.

No one is more disappointed than me that I didn't like this. After reading books one and two a few years ago I waited till the series was finished to pick it back up again and am questioning my previous taste. It could be that I have grown out of lust forward why choose. This is heavy on the spice, which isn't a dealbreaker for me, but the intense physical attraction is used as a reason to overlook bad behavior between the characters. Who cares if someone betrayed you and can't be trusted, they are hot so let's move on. That just doesn't work for me anymore.

4.5 stars! The final book in the Hěll Fae series and everything comes to head, with three of Cami’s mates strongly in place, the only stubborn remaining hold out to complete the much anticipated mate circle is Ty, the Hěll Fae King. Meanwhile, a continued threat seems to lurk in the shadows, and Ty is split between is pull towards Cami and protecting his realm. This book continues the very sëxy trend of intermingled relationships within the established circle. But also what makes this all the more interesting, is that not all the relationships are of a physical nature, making this much more poly than just a typical why choose PNR, and I think that makes the dynamics all the more interesting. I very much enjoyed how the final stages of this mate circle developed and came together, and the culmination of the story regarding the threat to the Hěll Fae realm, Cami truly coming into her power, and Ty accepting (finally) what was inevitable. The writing team of Lexi C. Foss and J.R. Thorn always does an excellent job of weaving a compelling and interesting story with plenty of steam, and this series was a very enjoyable ride all the way to the finish line.

I really enjoyed this series and was looking forward to this book but I was a little disappointed. The plot continues nicely from the last book and it was easy to follow. The thing that bothered me was how everything was over-explained. I loved all the characters in each of the other books but in this book I disliked Lucifer. I understand he is an alpha male and his need to be in charge but he goes a little overboard. He has no give with his mates, especially Cami. He doesn't give up or even compromise on anything. Overall this book was okay.

I cried my eyes out a better part of this entire book because of everything from the whole series coming together and culminating in the finale! I died about 5 times and came back just to do it again! This was such a crazy and intense ending and everything I wanted and needed!

Excellent Ending to an Excellent Series

Oh how I will miss these characters 😭 but the ending was right. Hands down one of my favorite series and I truly loved seeing all the pieces come together. It was awesome seeing insights from Typhos and the dynamic was 🔥.

The amount of heart attacks I sustained reading this book should be illegal. How dare the authors do this to me??

In all seriousness, this was a great conclusion to the Hell Fae series. I couldn't put it down because as mentioned above, I was put through the wringer reading this book. I was also just looking forward to when Cami and Lucifer will finally get past their differences and work together, and eventually, mate.

I could read about this these characters forever, but I know that at some point, the series had to end. I seriously cannot recommend this series enough. Pick up the first book. You won't be disappointed.

👑 Hell Fae King 👑
By Lexi C Foss & JR Thorn
Hell Fae Series Book #5

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 Star Review!!
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️5/5 Spiciness Level!!

Highly recommended, why choose, super spicy, multi-book series within a universe including multiple earlier series & standalones. Future unreleased series & standalones are coming!

Genre, POV & Tropes:
Hell Fae King, Book 5 of the Hell Fae Series by Lexi C Foss & JR Thorn. Multiple POV’s that change between all of the main characters. This book is a dark paranormal romance with tropes that include why choose, groveling and forgiveness, some BDSM, angels/demons, shifters, vampires, magic, mate bonds, telecommunication between mates, multiple interconnected realms within their world within the universe that includes the human realm. There are characters from previous series or books that have parts in this book, which I think is so fun!

FMC:
Camilla or Cami. She was discovered to be a Virtuous Fae in a previous Hell Fae book. She is a siphon of magic and was created and sent by her grandmother, Vivaxia, to destroy Typhos Lucifer. Coming into this book, she is mated to and in love with Melek, Ajax, and Azazel. Not to Typhos. I think we all know that will change in this book!

MMC’s:
Typhos Lucifer, Melek, Ajax and Azazel (Az). Typhos is the literal devil, a fallen angel, that created the Hell Fae realm when he “fell.” Melek is an angel who is mated to Typhos. He and Typhos are in an intimate relationship and have been for millenia, since prior to his fall. They can speak to each other telepathically from anywhere. Ajax is a Midnight Fae who left his realm for the Hell Fae realm and was placed by Typhos as his Hell Fae Warden guarding the “Dark Souls” in his prison. He mated with Azazel in a previous Hell Fae book so they can also speak to each other in their minds. Azazel is a phoenix shifter who is also mated to Typhos, though they are not in an intimate relationship. He is Typhos’ Hell Fae Commander.

STORYLINE/PLOT:
Continuing the story of the Hell Fae realm and its leader, Typhos Lucifer and his inner circle, they are trying hard to save the Hell Fae realm from Vivaxia who is trying to steal Typhos’ light, ultimately killing him and destroying the entire realm. Vivaxia is a virtuous fae, or an angel, who is wholly evil to the core. She has tried time and again to sabotage the Hell Fae realm, use Camilla to destroy what she can, set things up to undermine Typhos and set his kingdoms against him. She turns to violence and mayhem in her scheme to steal his light and become all powerful.

Typhos and Camilla have a strained relationship. Melek and Azazel understand Typhos as inherently good. However, Camilla and Ajax are fearful and do not trust him. Typhos has done some very shady things in previous books to make them so. This book will set the relationships to right and complete the mate circle. Only then can they win against Vivaxia. She is a formidable opponent. She is devious, manipulative and eternally patient. The way the story unfolds is captivating and immersive. I truly enjoyed this entire series, I love all the characters and their story is just so good. Even though I am sad to see it end, I am sure I will see them somewhere within the future books! This was an amazing conclusion to the Hell Fae series!

The world these authors have built is truly mind boggling. All the realms tie together and have unique beings in them with unique abilities. There is foreshadowing to the next series, the Netherworld Fae series, that will be coming next.

Happy Reading! ♥☻

⚠️This is a dark, paranormal fantasy romance. There are dark topics that are covered on page and in reference to. Please check content/trigger warnings.⚠️
These two authors write some of my most favorite paranormal, why choose/poly fantasy romances! This is book 5 & the end of the of the Hell Fae series, and must be read in order. Book one is Hell Fae Captive. This series centers around Cami, whose parents made a deal with the Devil, Lucifer. She is captured from the human realm & taken to the Hell Fae Realm to participate in the bride games. But Cami is a baddie FMC and she will challenge everyone for her freedom, even the Devil himself. The Hell Fae Realm is filled with all kinds of monsters, fae, shifters, angels, witches & warlocks. But this realm was made for the rejects, the mixed breeds, the creatures that were outcast. Cami captures the attention of the Warden, Commander, Prince & the Devil himself. But, it isn’t always the best attention. All these males have traumatic pasts & don’t trust easily. There are all kinds of trails, challenges, tricks & fun. There is also many mistakes made, but it makes the groveling that much sweeter. I love this series!! This is probably my favorite series yet! Hell Fae King was the perfect ending to the series, and I am simply in awe of the world in which these authors created. This series can & does stand on its own, but both authors have series that intertwine with this world & it’s just so amazing! I literally have goosebumps thinking about this series, and specifically this book. It was action packed, but so well paced, with romance & amazing spice!! It tied everything up and I feel like all the characters truly grew so much in this series. It was a beautiful, hard earned HEA. I can’t for the Netherworld Series!!

Thank you Lexi C. Foss for the ARC!

This book was a crazy ride but such a good ending to the series. So much happened here. Vivaxia attacked all three of Cami’s mates in near death experiences to get Cami to use her powers. She put a funnel inside Cami so that her powers would go to her and she could take Ty’s light. Turns out that both Lucifer and Vivaxia are also siphons. Cami figures it out that she is trying to take her power and pushes it pack towards Lucifer, almost killing her in the process. Her mates and Ty save her by giving her power. Ty teaches her about his realm as well as Ajax about the prison. Turns out the fae there are all being punished, and disguised. One fae in the prison is one from Ajax’s past, and he gets his justice. Cami puts power into Vita and it somehow give Vivaxia power to get into the Hell Fae Realm. She made a deal with King Nos, who ruled a vampire like fae. He betrayed all of his people and Lucifer for a bride and was killed by Vivaxia. Ty detonates a fail safe that will kill him and give his power to Cami. She senses what he is doing and is able to stop Vivaxia and save Lucifer at the same time by mating him. The stone she got from Zen trapped Vivaxia’s soul in it and then it was given to King Morpheus to put into Pandora’s box. She became the hell fae queen. It ended with her correlation and the rebuilding of the vampire fae kingdom. When she mated Lucifer she somehow created her own source that mated with his and restored the realms and freed the fae from Vivaxia’s control.

I’m a bit disappointed… don’t get me wrong; I loved the series so much I read it 2 times.

But if I’m teased about a ribbon scene from book 3… I need a rope scene at least once in the last book… okay I can get that through the link and subscribe to the newsletter but that took away some of the love I had for this book.

Melek and Ty talk about red rope for him but we see Melek collecting silver rope as well. It would be nice to know what the difference would be… and what Melek would do while Cami is tied up…

Idk if the book is 1000pg long. The rope scene included would be so worth it.

I was also missing some spice in this book. Especially in the beginning… there was talk about Cami and Melek together but it was off screen. There was talk about Melek having a “magical mouth” but I as reader can’t seem te experience that. All the spicy stuff promised with Melek was not here.

I was 43% in and I got a feeling we only got cockblocked and after a while, it’s not fun anymore… a few Ajax and AZ scene would be welcome as well. I can’t even remember when the first decent spicy scene was on screen…

Overall I think this last book in the series had a beautiful ending but it’s also the book I enjoyed reading the least because I missed a few scenes.

This is not a jab at the author because they made it the way they saw it and I know you can’t please everyone. It also doesn’t change the fact that they are great authors. It’s just my opinion.

This was an amazing series, with everything. Story, world-building, magic explanations to a limit, proper pacing, romance development, and sufficient scenes. I'd have deducted ratings for not having sufficient scenes, specifically with the last guy, but the authors provide reason for that (the series already being a 5-book series, and the books already being lengthy enough), and the authors compensate for that by giving providing separate bonus scenes and deleted scenes. So, no minus marks.
The villain didn't keep on winning throughout the series timeline, which is something I really really hate, and yet proper focus was given on the villain's involvement through the whole series, and her defeat. It was a pretty straightforward type of fight, yet not too simple. The things that were hyped from the beginning and middle, didn't eventually prove to be overhyped.

The series did feel a bit streched during book 3 I guess, but that's a given for a series this long, when you're reading all the books back to back without any break.

I am satisfied with the RH and the story which is a rare scenario, and this makes me happy.

Overall - this was my first series by the authors, and I'd definitely go for the other ones set in the world, some time in the future.

Im going to start this off by saying I love lexi c foss’s work. Or at least I used to. I have read countless of her books, but unfortunately as of recently I’ve been feeling like the quality of her work has dropped. I’m not sure if maybe her books aren’t for me anymore or if it’s just how she writes.

I know this is a dual author series where Lexi co wrote it with another author J. R Thorn but nevertheless this series didn’t quite speak to me like I had originally thought it would. I had wanted to wait for it to be completed, seeing as how I adored Ajax in the midnight Fae academy series, and I was really excited to delve into his story with his mates.

I guess it’s a good thing I ended up waiting a couple of years before starting this series because upon finishing it, I was left feeling disappointed. Even when starting it, I wasn’t all too excited about it, but I had hoped that it would get better the more the story developed. It unfortunately didn’t.

So to sum it all up. It was an okay series for me. and that’s it.

The conclusion to the Hell Fae series is filled with action and tense moments. I still had so many questions at the end of book 4 and I wasn’t sure how or if things could truly be resolved. I’m happy to say that I really enjoyed this ending!

The battles between our main characters and Vivaxia definitely aren’t clear-cut. There was a lot of confusion and areas where all I could think was “wait what just happened??”, but our authors did a great job at explaining everything in a way that you can’t help but be sucked in with a giant OOOOOOOH!

Not only is this book action packed, but there’s definitely a big emphasis on restoring trust and mending bonds between the main characters. The faith between them has been tested over and over, and this final book shows the impact of all those tests. But if you know J.R. Thorn and Lexi C. Foss books, you know they won’t leave you hanging.

Overall, I really enjoyed this book and loved the series as a whole!

I cant believe this is the end!! The amount of times my heart went up and down in this series is crazy! The conclusion of this book was amazing!

I was so happy for Cami and Lucifer! I have been sat on the edge of my seat this whole series for them to mate and see the light in each other. The ending was crazy and intense and perfect! I'm going to miss all these characters so much. Malek and his games, Ajax and Azazel with there bond and Lucifer with the weight on his shoulders but goodness in his heart.

This whole world that Lexi and J.R have created is just amazing. I would read a series on every single type of Fae that exists and i really hope we get to see more of the neverworld fae next!

Absolutely Mind Blown 🤯

OH MY FAE!!! What an epic conclusion to the series! The twists and turns and the reveals! It was amazing how these two authors intertwined the storylines through the series. They created a web that was so intricately connected. Everything that happened, everyone and everything we saw throughout the series had a purpose and a reason that all came together in the end to create this very moment. I definetly recommend reading this series. The Hell Fae realm is a place you must visit.

If I had one critique about the series as a whole is that i wished we got to see more one on one time between Cami and Az. Not just the spice but I felt the develop of thier bond wasn’t as strong as with some of her other mates. We didn’t see them spend much time together unless Ajax was involved.

Good

Picking up where the previous book left off, Cami and her mates find themselves facing off against Vivaxia, and her long term plans to try and get what she wanted out of Typhos.
In order for them to get rid of her threat to the Hell Fae realm, Cami will have to work with all of her mates, and train hard, so that the weapon she was forged to be, can be turned upon its maker.

An enjoyable ending to this series, with a few more cameos from our favourite Midnight Fae characters, this brings everything to a satisfying conclusion, and ties it all up in a nice red ribbon. Courtesy of Melek of course!
With a lot of action, plenty of steam, and a few close calls, it makes for an exciting read for RH fans, and lovers of fantasy romance.

I really wanted to love this one as much as the rest of the series but I really didn’t enjoy Typhus as a character and this book didn’t really change my mind. Ajax and Az were my favourites but they played a backseat in this story. The constant banter and inner monologues became exhausting at times. The dynamic between Melek, Typhus and Cami never developed to where I think he should’ve been by the end of five books. There was also a lot of random events, repetitive dialogue and side quests that didn’t really add anything to the story. I was confused many times as to where the story was going and it made the random spicy scenes seem forced. I did like the rest of the series and normally I love this author but for me this one book wasn’t it for me.

This was a magnificent ending to an exciting and passionate series! The characters were all so different and yet possessive, obsessive, protective, and dedicated to their love and passion for each other. The spice was sexy! The unique world-building and plot throughout the entire series came to a fantastic ending in this final book. I love how they became a powerful mate-circle and protected the Hell Fae Realm, all realizing their potential within their mate bonds. Cami was a badass from start to finish and all four men love her in their own sexy ways. The story was intense and powerful and I enjoyed every book of the entire series, with this final book being my favorite. Lexi C. Foss & J.R. Thorn did such a fantastic job!

Hell Fae King👑

Loved the conclusion to this Hell Fae Series❣️I also love how we got some cameos from previous favourite characters and brief glimpses into what’s going on in their lives as well as some hints of new stories on the horizon🙌

Cami, along with her mates, have to take on the one Virtuous Fae who has been causing trouble in the realm for a while. After discovering her link to this Virtuous Fae, Cami is more determined than ever to not be a puppet. But will they succeed of will they all fail? Read to find out🥰

I received an advanced copy and willingly leave my honest review😈

A good 5 book series

This last one was a bit repetitive imo but was still a solid book, overall. I wish Vivaxia had more appearances to be honest though. We only actually see her twice in the entire series with the rest is her causing chaos through others. Really interested in the connected series..Ive read Monsters Night but didn't know so many other books were in this universe. It's truly a genius marketing strategy listing the books with links in the book itself and not just in the back of the book.

This book also made me like Ty..I honestly didn't think it was possible.

I really don’t have a lot of complaints about this series. The characters were all well developed. Their relationship relationships were well developed and there was no instant love. Instant attraction? Yes! But those boys worked to get Cami.
The plot was interesting and moved at a fair pace. I felt like Cami was strong and interesting. Her mates weren’t so overprotective that she couldn’t do anything or speak to anyone. I always appreciate it when they’re not overbearing.

If I could name one thing that I didn’t like, it would probably be that some of the internal monologue was repetitive and a little long worded.

However, I really enjoyed the series and think it is worth reading.

a beautiful ending for a perfect series

This was by far one of my favorite series to read. I absolutely loved every second of the ride these characters took me on. The world building for the Hell Fae Realm, Nightmare Realm and all the others were so perfectly written I felt like I could see them. Cami, Typhos, Melek, Az and Ajax make the perfect mate circle. The balance they give each other was so fun to watch grow. I can’t say enough good things about how well thought out and well written this story was! You won’t be disappointed by grabbing this series today!

This was EPIC. Please do not attempt to read as a standalone, or you will be confused.
Cami FINALLY unleashes Hell…no really! I love how the authors seamlessly write together to build heroines that choose the men she does, but can stand on her own and burn the world herself. But those men….irresistibly all encompassing in their talents both in and out of the bedroom. This is definitely a story where more is better for several reasons. I was unable to put this book down until it finished with a hard earned ending. This will be a series I reread several times I’m sure.

Well deserved ending

Honestly, I was panicked the night before this book released because I had forgotten to brush up on the previous books as per my habit. Luckily, their writing and storyline was so unique that once Cami started reciting her rules and the banter started I needed little reminders to be fully caught up again. I'm happy to have it all wrapped up and I would recommend the series.

This whole series has had me in its grasps, it’s such a good series with a very amazing ending that we couldn’t ask for anything better. I’m soo glad all our characters who we have fallen deeply in love with got their HEA. A spicy and satisfying ending to say the least. I will be purchasing this series to add to my collection for sure. I recommend reading this series even more so now that all the books have been released.

This was a THICK book! I have been waiting a long time to get Lucifer’s book and it didn’t disappoint!

This was definitely the most complex of the series as I thought it would be. The emotions ran hot and the scenes were steamy! I loved how each male had such different rolls with Callie in the group dynamic. Lucifer, of course being man I knew he would be❤️

And those bonus scenes…..Lexi and Jen, thank you so much!! Absolutely loved those!! Great series!

I've been critical of other books in this series, but this one was pretty good.

With most of the romantic obstacles resolved in the previous book and the final holdout just waiting for the right moment, the plot finally has some breathing room to move forward, and I really enjoyed where it went.

Vivaxia was a great villain, and some of the reveals near the end questioned everything we knew about these characters' backstory. I also found the ending pretty satisfying.

A great conclusion

This was the best book in the series for me. The culmination of such a multifaceted plot was great to read, especially final boss battle, Cami & Ty’s mating, and a certain someone’s evolution. All in all, it’s a solid series, though Aflora and her guys still hold my top spot. I’ll definitely be checking out the Netherworld Fae books because I love me some Hades.
