I really enjoyed this book! Breccan made me laugh, Ellie and Tristan made me love, and some events in the story made me cry. This definitely took me through all the emotions, and I am glad that I read it.
This book continues right where Heartbound left off (what a cliffhanger that was!) Tristan's evil father is still out there plotting, and the events from Heartbound need to be dealt with and resolved.
This was even better than the first book, and though the writing was still a bit repetitive at times, this was an enjoyable story about fate, dragons, love, friendship, and courage.

I could not get enough of Tristian and Ellie. This gave me all the feels. From angry, to worrisome, to sadness, to so much freaking excitement. This was a damn masterpiece. It was so beautiful with a vengeance that I knew was coming. It was so beautifully written. There was so much action, so much more spice, and so captivating that I just could not put this down. There was tension, character growth and development that was so spectacularly plotted and done that I was just so invested to see where this was going. The plot is so addictive and it just wants you wanting more and more. There will never be enough of Tristian and Ellie. All Hal Ellie! She is a damn badass and Tristian is that man we all need in our lives.

Absolutely insane read from start to finish. Once again K.T. Carpenter has written a magnificent book. Soulbound is a beautifully written conclusion to Heartbound where we follow Ellie and Tristen, with their friends, on the hunt for vengeance. I laughed, I cried, no I sobbed and I cheered. I was gifted the opportunity to read this as a beta and ARC reader and I am leaving this review at my own will.
The writing is impeccable and descriptive. The plot is action filled with lots of twists, turns and gasps. The FMC, Princess Ellie, is full of understanding and strength and the MMC, Tristan, is sexy, compassionate and enduring. There’s magic, fated mates, surprise fated mates and new friendships. Did I mention there are dragons? No! There are dragons and they are bonded at birth with their soulmates that are fae. We are taken into a magical realm of Aetherlyn rooting for love to be pieced back together, magic to be restored and justice to be served.
Heartbound is my favorite book I have ever read and Soulbound is a close tie! I highly recommend this fantasy book to anyone that loves to read about magic, trials, fated mates, fae, dragons, spice, strong characters and friendships.

This was a beautiful sequel to Heartbound and conclusion to Ellie Tristan’s story! Yet again we see deep friendships stand the test of time and even get a few more love stories along the way 🥹 Our MC’s travel a rocky road back to one another that will have your heart clenching. I loved that this didn’t feel so much as a continuation of one plot line, but a truly unique story all its own. I laughed, swooned, and cried with this read and would recommend it to my romantasy X dragon lovers! K.T. Carpenter’s writing continues to grow and I can’t wait to see what she brings us next. 🖤

Soulbound by K.T. Carpenter was an absolute masterpiece in storytelling, I’m obsessed!! Tristan and Ellie’s story completely stole my heart.
This book had everything I love: superb character development, a wonderful found family, great vengeance but forgiveness when warranted , and emotions that had me all over the place. One minute I was tearing up, the next I was full of anxiety, and then Tristan would show up and turn me into complete mush (he is perfection).
And can we talk about the dragon?! The bond between Ellie and her dragon was so heartwarming and made the story even more special.
What a fantastic read, I truly cannot put into words how much I loved it. If you’re looking for a romantic fantasy that hits you right in the feels while also delivering adventure, bonds, and heart, this one is a must-read.

This is spoiler free review . I really loved this book ! First of all i absolutely love the friend group in this series. They are all so supportive and are really there for each other. It’s heart warming! I loved the tension between the FMC and the MMC at one point I was like screaming come on give him a chance haha! I loved the first book but this book the author really worked some magic it flowed so nicely !
Iam kinda sad that this will be the last official book about all of them together. Iam excited to read the next book in the series and learn more about the enchantress !

This is book 2 I'm the series. I loved it. So much action and new connections. Loved the new character Devney. I love how the author wrote a little of each couple at the end. I loved reading about each of them.

This was a PHENOMENAL!!! The angst, the tension, the what the heck is going on, the growth and love and courage, it’s everything! I had so many feeling while reading this but they all continued to grow my absolute love for the characters and the story growing on the page! It’s so easy to dive in and get lost in this entire series! Oh my lord this book, this series has a forever place in my heart and permanent place in my favorite series of all times! The journey, the romance and spice, the friendships, the found family, the bonds, the fated mates, the plot twist and shocking reveals! This hits all the feels and buries its self deep in the book reading heart! I cannot say enough good things about this series!!!!!!

Soulbound is a phenomenal read! It kept me hooked from the beginning til the end. It’s the continuation of Ellie & Tristan’s story. It picks up where Heartbound left off so definitely read that first. It’s an action packed read filled with so many plot twists, magic, grief, banter, and spice. It has everything from dragons to faes and fated mates. The banter kept me laughing out loud. Ellie, Tristan and their friends had such amazing connection and friendships. And let’s just say the spice was definitely spicy! 🌶️ The magic system is outstanding. It’s so descriptive it feels like your right there in the book yourself. If you love a heartwarming tension filled read I highly suggest this series. I already can’t wait to finish Fatebound!

Book two is finally here! Well almost… for some of us it is. 😉

Guuuurrrrllllllll! You know I’m not a huge fantasy reader but still dabble. I have to say wholeheartedly….. your way with words absolutely grips my attention and holds it, chapter after chapter. How you can make me laugh with one character and his constant “perfect timing” right into crying with one dance! You have me guessing what’s going to happen but also second guessing my theory until I get to the answer. That is what keeps me in a chokehold!
Ellie and Tristan are swoon worthy. The side characters from book one and the new characters in book two give the perfect balance of banter, challenge and friendship. Not to mention the spice, gotta have some spice and you brought it this time!
The way you add details to everything is amazing. In the feelings between each mated couple. It’s the perfect amount. The small details of what the group sees while they are flying on the mission is unlike anything I’ve ever read. It’s like I’m there. Right down to the “shadows creeping across the land like silent specters.” Even the details in the intense parts had me on the edge of my seat. Or ugly crying and feeling utterly broken for at least 6 chapters. I was put back together by the end. I swear if I could dive into the pages of a book, it would be this one!
I loved book one ( Heartbound ) and this is how you do book two!!!!
I’m already ready for book three.

This book took me through a whirlwind of emotions. I can't actually put into words to do it justice how I truly feel. I ached for them to rekindle. I was angry for them for the injustice. I was cheering for them for coming out of it all the way they did. KT had me crying with her dream scene. It touched my soul. The ending of this book was perfection. Hoping more people will take the leap into this world and trust the process. Definitely worth it.

The way my heart was hurting so bad in this book is not an understatement BUT KT puts it back together again. We get a glimpse of Ellie and Tristian as they navigate their past along with the new journey they find themselves on.
Our favorite side characters all have their moment to shine in this book and I ate it up. KT does a beautiful job of interweaving the characters and their stories to ensure that you keep flipping pages way past your bedtime.

Soulbound is the final chapters of Ellie & Tristian’s story, and it lived up to my expectations. I absolutely loved everything about this book and the entire series.
There are chapters in this book where I am holding my breath not sure if I wanted to cry, be angry or totally excited for what was coming next. I was on the edge of my seat the entire book. I didn’t want their story to end.
The plot is riveting, with lots of twists, turns. It was so much fun it kept me glued to the pages. Princess Ellie is so strong and loving to the entire kingdom but the relationships she has with her friends is amazing the love they all share; it grabs at your heart. Tristan is sexy and kind. Did I say he was sexy!!!
I cannot praise this book enough. If you love fantasy books that have magic, danger, fated mates, spice and dragons you have to read this entire series.

I finished Soulbound last night and it was amazing. I fell in love with the characters. The ending of Heartbound broke my heart, but Soulbound put in back together. I am so thankful to have been able to read this! It was heartfelt and made my heart happy. The way the friend group all came together to fight for Ellie and Tristin. I loved it! So, if you love fated mates, strong relationships, dragons, fae, a bad a$$ MFC and a MMC whole will never give up on you and would burn the world for you then you should read this book.

This book continues Ellie and Tristan's story. I absolutely loved this book and am so happy for all the characters. When I was three quarters of the way through I felt what Ellie was feeling. This searies so far is my everything!!! I love Ellie and Saph so much!!! And Tristan is the best book boyfriend.

Two words....Emotional roller-coaster!! K.T. Carpenter will having you going from angry, to frustrated to annoyed to happy/excited, to laughing (more than once), to crying literal tears 😭 to relieved. This book brought the characters to life and make you feel just what they were feeling. I loved watching Tristan and Ellie relationship grow and learn to trust again along with watching the bonds and friendships made. I can't saying enough but read it!

The growth of the FMC was amazing, even though in the beginning I was screaming at her... " Come on". Love when a book can give you all the feels. Tristan and Ellie bond is absolutely pure, raw and amazing. The love they have for each other is so real. Tristan is raw, sexy, outgoing,and would do absolutely anything and everything for Ellie. the depth he would go for his love Ellie is unbelievable. I loved the continuation of the story on finding where his father is. The goodbye between her and her father pulled at my heart strings. There are so many mates bonding in this book and it becomes an awesome ,proactive, real friend group. I cannot wait to see what book 3 has in store !!!

Loved this book. I laugh, cried, got anxiety, and gasped in the middle of work!! I got to arc read both the first and the second and had the privilege of watching this author grow in her writing. I love it and this series cannot wait to see what’s next.

Oh my, I absolutely love this book! If you’ve not read Heartbound, you definitely have to read that before you read this book. Soulbound was so much more than I could’ve asked for. I definitely loved it more than the first and I love the first book. I received this as an ARC and I’m blessed that KT Carpenter allowed me to experience this thrilling, romantic fantasy!
This book is filled with twists and turns as these group of friends, seek vengeance, experience, heartbreak, and learn to endure through some of the hardest times. I absolutely love the way KT Carpenter ended this book - epically, beautiful, and so heartfelt.
If you’ve not read the first book, I definitely recommend Heartbound and then of course Soulbound - just be prepared to go through an emotional roller coaster while you’re venturing down the world of bonded fae and dragons that have powers, love, friendship, betrayal, and vengeance.

From start to finish this book captivated me. Soulbound made me laugh (everyone needs a Breccan in their lives) and cry sad and happy tears. Ellie and Tristan’s relationship is what everyone wants and deserves.
This book is better than Heartbound in my eyes and I can’t wait to see where Kat takes us next.
I loved watching the friendship group expand in Soulbound. There were twists and turns that some I saw coming and others I definitely didn’t see coming.
This book broke me then mended my heart at the end. Wow the ending !!!!!!!!

I loved Heartbound and was so excited to read Soulbound. This book kept me on my toes the entire time and I went through every emotion in the book. I stopped all my other reading just to finish it because I couldn’t put it down. I am obsessed with the characters and all the story lines. This is a great ending to the story and everyone should read it!

Saying I love this book is an understatement. The love, magic, and continual trials and growth throughout this book is magnificent and beautiful. Continuing to follow the story of Tristan and Ellie is so glorious. The two have just found each other and yet there are things between them that may brake them. I cried, laughed, gasped, and sat stunned. I am in love with this author and her writing style. I feel so connected to these characters. I am so beyond excited to get to the next book!

I was right... Book two delivered! Heartbound stole my heart and made me desperate for more. Soulbound broke so much of me and stitched me back together one piece at a time. The full circle of the story of Tristan and Ellie is one that you want to immerse yourself in completely and Kat makes that so easy. Once again the world isn't clunky and the characters pull you in with how real and raw they are. This is a fantasy so of course there is magic, dragons, and twists and turns. The ending of this one made me tear up because it was perfect. Do yourself a favor and read Heartbound and jump headfirst into Soulbound, you won't be disappointed.
