Samantha had a really bad day. It seemed to get worse and worse. Dan was there to pacify and sort everything out. Samantha and Dan had been dating for quite a while. She owned her own company manufacturing tin cans. Dan had given up a high powered position to join his son Brian in his business. They were both fully aware of their financial positions which really didn’t matter. They were head over heels in love with one another. What did matter was how his family would feel about Samantha. It was time to introduce them. Even if it had been such a bad day. The pub was the perfect venue. Samantha was a little younger than Dan. A lot younger really. Surprisingly enough the family gladly accepted her as one of them. As things progressed they drew closer and closer. Sam made a huge impact on the family. Things would change though and life would certainly be different. So different that they would not want to leave home.
A great interesting and lovable book. The attractive cover creation and the romance that flows through in this story speaks for itself. This author has a lovely unique love writing style depicting a message true to life. It keeps me wanting to read more and more. The passion and care that flows through with so much interest kept my attention eager to finish it to the very end! I highly recommend this book and any other title from Bridgitte Lesley!
I can honestly say, with 100% certainty, that anyone who gave this book 5 stars never actually read the book. Author, please listen the next time a publisher turns you down. This book was poorly written, and I still have no idea what the plot was. I hope to never see the words "roared with laughter", "hopped", "nodded", or "smiled" every again. I have read them enough in this book to satisfy 1,000 life times worth. Buy a thesaurus before you embark on your next literary adventure. Please. The English language is more elegant than your book gives it credit. I give you props for chasing your dreams, but I BEG you to please never write another book again.
