Read a sneak peek of the first three chapters of SINNER, from the world of the #1 NEW YORK TIMES bestselling Shiver Trilogy, by Maggie Stiefvater.
found.
Cole St. Clair has come to California for one reason: to get Isabel Culpeper back. She fled from his damaged, drained life, and damaged and drained it even more. He doesn't just want her. He needs her.
lost.
Isabel is trying to build herself a life in Los Angeles. It's not really working. She can play the game as well as all the other fakes. But what's the point? What is there to win?
sinner.
Cole and Isabel share a past that never seemed to have a future. They have the power to love each other and the power to tear each other apart. The only thing for certain is that they cannot let go.
"I gave so many damns at once that it actually hurt."
You know I'm fracking hooked. Let's not even try and joke about it. Picked up my signed dead tree copy... ready to listen to more hot sex on a stick with the audiobook. I'm all over this. Now about this "damns" thing. I mean we all clearly know Maggie was going for "fucks" and Isabel clearly has shown she is a girl that (kinda, mostly) knows what she wants. Why cut her off at the knees like that? Anyway. I'm still in. Fucks and all.
Preview, you're making me sad because I am currently not in possession of big enough fortunes to buy this book/series. I try not to be because the smell of unnecessry drama coming from this direction is, quite frankly, overwhelmingly strong.
But, these words! Maggie Stiefvater words! And what, is this curiosity, too?!
Cole and Isabel have a past that they did not have a future but they have the power to save each other and the power to tear each other apart. The only thing that is made clear is that they don't let go.
I feel like i preferred this book to the actual shiver triology... I guess I just like Cole as a character. I find him more intriguing and funnier than Sam
