Hi, I'm Ryan! I was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in 1980 and since then have written several books. You can read my Wikipedia page for more, or check out my author site at RyanNorth.ca!

I'm the author of the webcomic Dinosaur Comics (that's the comic where the pictures don't change but the words do, it's better than it sounds and I've also done crazy things like turn Shakespeare into a choose-your-own-path adventure, write a comic for Marvel about a girl with all the powers of a squirrel, or mess up walking my dog so badly it made the news.

I'm working on more stuff as we speak, hopefully it's good

This compact collection is physically really great quality. It contains 3 four-part stories all relating to the theme of memory loss. The first one is “BMOWorld”, which was pretty fun, had a decent twist, and it was nice to see Neptr get a rare spotlight. I thought it was alright. Second was “Finn, Jake, and Gata” which was my favorite of the bunch. It introduces original character Gata, who emerges after Finn and Jake break one of their father’s old statues and acts as if they have all grown up together. Everyone seems to remember Gata except for Finn and Jake, so they investigate. Gata is a strong character, and this story goes into the past to unwind the mystery. It’s got a very strong ending and is overall pretty dark. I was really impressed by it and will definitely think of it often. Third was “Mnuemenoid”, which has a new villain who eats memories steal Finns memories repeatedly, making his life pass him by as he wakes up aged. This is a cool Odyssey for Finn and his old man design is sick. The ending is pretty funny. Overall I thought this was a pretty solid book with my ranking being Gata, mnumenoid, then bmoworld. With the price and quality of this book, it is an easy money pickup and I will very likely pick up the next compact volume when it releases

Some great Adventure Time fun, perfect for fans of the show. This compact edition contains three different tales that capture both the humor, heart, and occasional tragedy of the show. Across these three stories we are introduced to a villian that eats memories, Finn's secret sister, and Finn and Jake as Sheriffs fighting a vicious gang of snakes. Weird and wonderful.
