From creator Junepurrr comes the newest printed edition of the smash-hit romantasy Webtoon SubZero!
Finally, the marriage alliance between Princess Clove of the Cerulean Dragon Clan and Prince Kyro of the Crimson Dragon Clan will end the centuries-long war between their feuding nations. Ifthey can make it to the wedding day unharmed, that is. Still recovering from an assassination attempt, Clove must grapple with protecting her people, ending the war, and the mysterious power of the Azure Dragon inside of her—along with her imminent wedding to the devastatingly fearsome, devastatingly handsome Prince Kyro. The powers of the dragons may have saved Clove from traitors, but it remains to be seen what mark the Crimson Dragon left on her soul. While Clove and Kyro attempt to win over the people with their union, fear and danger still loom in the kingdom. Achieving peace may not be as easy as they thought, especially with the terrifying General Raizo plotting against them. With new enemies lurking at every turn, will Clove be able to harness the power of the ancient dragons and bring harmony to the land?

🐉💜💍🔥💧👑
Okay, so this review is for this volume plus all the other volumes I've read so far on WebToon, the original publishing site for this story. It is clear, that with time, the author, JunePurr, has gotten much better at drawing scenes and dialogue and developing the characters. Yes, there are still stereotypes, but it has gotten much better and more enjoyable to read.
Push through the early parts of the story and soon, a reader might come to enjoy it as I have. I will be continuing to read the rest of the episodes on WebToon since they far surpass what is currently in print.
Just as good as season 1 & 2. Sometimes you are worried that a series will “die down” as it continues & it loses it appeal but this season didn’t disappoint. The story line was continued at a decent rate with accompanying smaller storylines which do actually tie in with the main plot. I will never not recommend this series!
Eh. I’ve lost interest in the storyline. The wedding ceremony and wedding night was interesting seeing how it played out. Great illustrations, vivid and beautifully made.
Love this series!! Kyro and Clove are just so cute! I'm kind of lukewarm toward Nouren and Kharis as a couple though. Aaron, I don't really think I like very much because he's trying to get between Clove and Kyro, and was upset about the idea of her loving him (her husband--I mean, WHAT?!) The art is just incredible and I loved the wedding scene. The honeymoon scene was hilarious and cute. Apparently Clove and Kyro will be a slow-burn and I'm here for it!
The marriage ceremony is finally here, but not everyone is in the mood for celebrating. Kyro and Clove are still investigating the assassination attempt even as Clove recovers from her injuries. As her family arrives for the ceremony, Clove tries to keep the peace between the factions and assuage the fears that she is in danger in the Crimson Kingdom. Beneath it all, General Raizo continues his plots to undermine the two dragons, and his plans include trying to turn those who were once loyal retainers to the prince and princess themselves.
The illustrations in this series were always beautiful, but the level of detail and coloring in this volume have reached a new level. The clothing design in this and stunning details on make up and hair is what truly made this volume stand out above the others. Junepurrr provided one heck of a sympathetic backstory for Raizo, but it's not enough to excuse the despicable things he's doing in the present. This is definitely one complicated villain! And, in previous volumes, there has been a reason to have two camps: Team Kyro and Team Aaron. After this volume, there can only be one camp moving forward. The storytelling in this volume has stepped up significantly.
There is mention of marital consummation, but what follows is nothing short of hilarious, and nothing adult is seen on page. There are some flirtatious moments and lots of blushing.
