Doctor Octopus finds out the body he’s inhabiting isn’t the only local girl with villainous mechanical enhancements, and now Otoha’s former bestie is on the warpath against a megacorporation! Can a mad scientist transformed into a schoolgirl help to mend this fractured friendship?
I laugh every time this little girl does her "strong gorilla" pose. Sure it's not exactly comedy gold, but I still find it hilarious that this tiny middle schooler took advice from a supervillain on how to look intimidating when the original bad guy wasn't that intimidating in his own body. Fights were fluid and dynamic, and when the opponents shifted, I enjoyed the synergy between the allies. Also find it funny that in the shady underworld VR chatroom hoping to buy advanced weapons tech, there's still somebody who sounds like he made his millions in Texas oil. Yeehaw indeed bubba.
I loved this one. Some of the art by the end was reminiscent of concepts from Berserk & Evangelion. Otoha is a delightful & charming protagonist. Taka Toma had some great, quick character development.
