Loved this book and learned a lot from it! Jim is smart, funny, and practical. I took lots of notes while reading this book and even came up with a list of tasks to do to help me manage my time more efficiently! Loved that the book combined the Biblical aspect of time management with the business side of time management. A must-read for everyone, whether they work in ministry or not!

There is lot that can be learned from Jim Wideman especially when it comes to time management and organization. This is na extremely practical book that can help the reader be a better organized leader and use his or her time more wisely. I really appreciate the concepts from 5 minute phone calls to stand up meetings.

The general principles of time management in this book are helpful for assessing one’s own schedule.
The specifics of how to implement that Wideman suggests are based on his own experience and context, so if you read this book my suggestion is to do so broadly and not read it as entirely prescriptive.

The principles that Jim talks about are wonderful tips for establishing order and management in your personal life. I recommend reading for anyone that works with students, ministry or leaders in education.

4 of 5 stars because it is repetitive. But the message is helpful and important.

You'll find some great advice in this book, but the text wasn't proofread or edited well. The mistakes distracted from the message.
