Snowberry Novels #2

Pocket Full Of Posies

Rate this book
Daisy Rosenfeld isn’t like all the other non-humans in town, she’s a half-breed. Half nymph, half human. Which means her magic doesn’t work as well as the others, leaving her true form exposed for everyone to see. She’s become a bit of a loner and introvert, rarely venturing into town unless absolutely necessary. She likes her quiet life tending to her flowers and greenhouse, providing the town of Snowberry with its flora and fauna needs. Everything in her life is quiet and predictable, that is until the autumn equinox celebration when a surprise visitor throws her routine into playful chaos.

Kai Kingsley has zero to little expectations for the autumn equinox celebration his mother is forcing him to attend in a small town that doesn’t even have a five-star hotel for him to stay at, and absolutely nothing fun to do. He’s even less happy about the event when he discovers his mother’s hidden agenda to attempt to force him into a mate bond with some unknown female.

Determined not to allow his family’s outdated beliefs on keeping their nymph bloodline “pure” to guide his life, Kai seeks out a way to avoid a forced bonding, only to stumble upon the answer in the woods talking to a sprite. Daisy is not what he expected nor planned on but she’s the answer to his prayers, and the fact that she’s beautiful, sweet, and unintentionally funny doesn’t hurt either.

Falling for the devilishly handsome and smart mouthed nymph wasn’t how Daisy thought she would be spending the equinox, but when Kai makes his way under her skin and into her heart she can’t resist. But can Kai avoid his meddling family while feeling something more than friendly attraction for Daisy or will his carefully crafted plan come crashing down on him?

"You have me now Daisy, no need to attract every male in the diner. I'll gladly take care of any need you have."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What you'll find in this book:
- Small Town
- Tail Play
- Virgin FMC/Playboy MMC
- Flowers as Emotions
- Mates
- "Pure" Bloodline Culture
- Fake Dating but Not Fake Dating
- Opposites Attract
- Nymph Paranormal Romance

What an absolute delight this book was, the perfect blend of small town coziness and slow burn spiciness all rolled into a paranormal romance that will have you kicking your feet with giddiness. This for me was a perfect lighter book for in between those heavier reads, don’t get me wrong Rebecca hits you where it hurts from an emotional aspect at points but the lightness of the banter between the characters and the overall cozy and cottagecore vibes left me feeling like it was a perfect comfort read.

We start this story with Daisy and Kai separately, we get an idea of their home life situations and their personalities. Daisy is very much a recluse, choosing to spend more time with her plants and a certain mischievous sprite rather than opening herself up to the judgement of others. However, with the autumn equinox celebration coming her brother encourages her to get out and meet more people. Kai on the other hand, home from abroad for the celebrations discovers his mother is plotting to force him to mate with a female of her choosing. Determined to not let his family decide his fate, and one chance encounter in the woods later he thinks he’s found his solution in Daisy. However, she’s not all that she seems and Kai quickly starts to realise that what started off as harmless dating to stop him from being trapped in an arrangement he doesn’t want, is evolving into something more. The question quickly becomes will they be able to overcome their pasts and every obstacle in their way, and realise what they have right in front of them.

I adored the fake dating but not fake dating aspect that aligns so well with the development of both Daisy and Kai as the book progresses. They bring out the best in each other being so very different in natures and coming from very different worlds and backgrounds. You can see that they learn from one another, taking the best parts from each other as their personalities and expectations develop and change. Daisy starts off incredibly shy and reserved, being half nymph half human she hasn’t had the best of experiences when it comes to people judging her based on her heritage. However, as the book progresses she comes out of her shell so much, a dark horse in so many unexpected ways it’ll have you blushing. Kai at the start very much embodies his playboy persona, and what starts of for him as a way to get his family off his back quickly becomes something more as he begins to realise what he has and what he can’t let slip through his fingers. One of my favourite parts of this book was the banter between Daisy and Kai, they push each other’s buttons so beautifully and I was here for every single interaction.

The constant thread of tension surround the "pure" bloodline culture is such an important aspect but it doesn't underpin the romance between Daisy and Kai. Having said this it really influences the situations they find themselves in and the world around them, placing the barriers in place for the characters to overcome. The magic in this book and the magical creatures was such an amazing aspect that I thoroughly enjoyed. Specifically with Daisy having flowers growing in her hair, due to her Nymph heritage, which change depending on her emotions was such a beautifully unique magical aspect. Pacing was on the faster side, but having said that I practically inhaled this book everything in the story whether it be joy or heartbreak flows so beautifully.

All in all this book further developed in the Snowberry series providing a unique and emotional story thay I read in one sitting because I couldn't tear myself away.

Pocket Full of Posies is such a cute and spicy romance!!! Daisy is not like other non-humans in her town, she’s half earth nymph half human, so her magic doesn’t let her glamour herself which leads her to being an introvert and rarely going into town. Kai is in town because his mother is forcing him to attend the autumn equinox and when he learns she’s arranging a mate for him he decides to find a girl to date and pretend to mate her. When Kai meets Daisy on a walk in the forest he sees her as a potential fling and a way to get his mother off his back, but their relationship becomes very real very fast.

Daisy and Kai are perfect for each other! In this world nymphs don’t have fated mates but the undeniable connection between these two makes me believe there could be. Plus they both have tails that want to be constantly touching each other, which I actually love. Daisy likes plants over people but she loves being around Kai. She’s such a sweet person, and even though she is nervous around other people she still wants to think the best of them. I love that she grows to be braver throughout this book and that she has a naughty side is awesome.

Kai is seen as a player but he’s actually very sweet and smart. He’s obviously charming but in a way that is endearing and he’s very protective over Daisy. I find it adorable that at the beginning he’s confused by how he wants to be with her all the time. I also love that he takes her on a kind of date to the bookstore, that’s swoon worthy in my book!

There is some drama with Kai’s mother and her pure blooded beliefs. She’s awful but I love the way he stands up to her and the fact that he has at least two siblings who are kind and there for him.

I thought this was an amazing romance and I can’t wait for future books in this series!!

Arc Review 💛💜💛💜

She shrugs, grinning at me. "How long do you need?"
"To make you come? Five minutes. To love you? Forever."

“You know you wouldn't be disappointed little blossom. I’ll make you bloom for me over and over and over."

Book Besties do I have the cutest wholesome read for you!!

This was one of the cutest reads for me. Kai is a total playboy nymph who is charming as all hell and I am down bad! This man is a flirt and can get ittt 🔥 Daisy who is a half nymph absolutely is so adorable with the biggest heart, very much an introvert who loves to read those spicy books and loves staying home with her plants literally speaks so much to me cause girl same!!! 🫶🏻

The book is a slow burn but let me tell you seeing their POVs of how they feel about eachother and the tension growing between them was just so cute and wholesome. I was all warm and fuzzy with them. 🥰
They both are total opposites but completely bring out the best in each other and have helped each other grow in different ways through out the story.

If you’re looking for a sweet wholesome romance add this to your TBR and fall in love with Kai & Daisy with me 💛

This book was so incredibly cute. Daisy and Delphi are some of my favorite characters so far in Snowberry.
This book felt a lot more wholesome than Sing Sweet Nightingale but it does make me want more from Kai’s family!

Spice: 🌶️🌶️

Sing Sweet Nightingale drew me to Snowberry, but Pocket Full of Posies made me fall in love!! I simply don’t have the proper words to explain how much I loved reading this book, between the amazing characters, the sweet romance, and the hilarious banter I was entranced and could not put this book down! I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romances full of quirky characters, lovable animal companions, a swoon-worthy, loving romance, quite a few laugh out loud moments, so much banter, an amazing plot and plenty of spice!!

Daisy and Kai stole the show in Snowberry!! Daisy is a sweet, introverted earth nymph-human florist who after years of dealing with bullying and prejudice has found comfort in nature and peace in solitude. And while she may long for a few more adventure she’s just too nervous to ever truly chase after that longing… at least until she stumbled across Kai Kingsley, a animal-fire nymph who is as extroverted as she is introverted, full of adventure, and may or may not have a reputation as the town playboy in her woods. Or really Kai stumbled across her while looking for a way to escape his overbearing mother’s plans for his life. And what better way to mess up her plans than a fake relationship, and Daisy seems to be the answer to his prayers. Except as Daisy and Kai get to know each other they both begin to realize that their connection is real and that maybe all their carefully made plans have changed and become something so much more beautiful than either of them could’ve ever imagined… that is if Kai’s meddling family doesn’t tear everything apart! I absolutely loved Daisy and Kai!! Their relationship was so sweet and loving, the romance was beyond swoon-worthy! I loved how Kai brought Daisy out of her shell and opened up her world to new adventures. And I adored how Daisy took the time to accept Kai for who he is without allowing his playboy past and flirtatious attitude to color her opinion. The character growth from both of them was fascinating to read and kept you wondering what was going to happen next, what new adventure would they go on, what new thing would we learn about these characters. This book is a definite must read for all paranormal romance readers!!

Pocket full of Posies By Rebecca Rennick

Comes out on April 8💝

🌸Opposites Attract
🌸Virgin/Playboy
🌸Tails
🌸Small Town

I was very lucky to be a Patreon member of Rebecca Rennick and got a chance to read pocketful of posies before it comes out. This is the second book in her Snowberry series.

This story focuses on Daisy a half nymph half human and she owns a nursery with her brother. She can talk with flowers and her best friend is Delphi a playful Sprite that Daisy saved when she was a child. She meets Kai a full blood nymph who is from a high society family that looks down on half-breeds.

I enjoyed the relationship between these two characters as they are completely polar opposites, and they bring out the best in each other. I love the fact that even though he’s this high society, Playboy, he seems to very down to earth and pretty much just wanting people to love him for who he is and not what he can give them. She is an antisocial introvert who hides from the entire world, but for some reason, she tends to let him in to see what the real her looks like. The banter between these two and all of these sexual comments are hilarious, and I caught myself laughing when I was in public reading this.

I enjoyed how each character had amazing strengths, but also weaknesses that played off each other and made them even stronger.

The cover art for this book is gorgeous. I did not think that any cover would’ve outdone the cover from the first book in the Snowberry series however, I was proven completely wrong. I am very excited to see all of the other art that comes from this series. If you are not a member of Patreon and you want the inside scoop and all the extra goodies that Rebecca gives us please join her Patreon it is well worth it.

I am so grateful to have found Rebecca a few years ago and I have enjoyed reading everything she’s put out in the growth I have seen in her writing. I already went on and pre-ordered this book along with the swag bag.

I can’t wait to see what is next.

You’ll enjoy this book if you like:
🌱 Mate Bonds
🌱 Small Town Romance
🌱 Opposites Attract
🌱 Virgin x Playboy
🌱 Nymphs
🌱 Tail Play

Daisy has always preferred a quiet life. As a half-human, half-nymph, she grew up not quite fitting in with the humans or the non-humans, turning her into an introvert and a loner. Kai was born into a family of Nymphs that firmly believes in the importance of keeping their bloodlines pure - a belief Kai does not share. When he finds himself in Snowberry for the Autumn Equinox, he learns that his mother is planning to set him up with a mate - a pure-blooded Nymph from their family’s social circle. In an attempt to avoid such a fate, he decides to convince his mother he’s already in a relationship, and who better to pretend with than a half-breed his mother would never approve of?

Rebecca Rennick has done it again. Another incredible book that will immediately draw you in and make you fall in love.

I knew I would love Daisy’s story and once again, my expectations were far exceeded. Daisy and Kai were so sweet together. I loved the evolution of their relationship. Kai’s flirty personality was so fun, I enjoyed the way it helped bring Daisy out of her shell around him - which in turn brought out more of the real Kai. These two had me kicking my feet giggling the whole book. They’re so perfect together.

As always, Rebecca knows how to write an amazing side character as well. I would do anything for Delphi, oh my goodness. I want a Sprite for a best friend that I can sit around with while I enjoy looking at her trinkets. And Sage? Ahhh I live for the overly-protective “big brother grilling the new boyfriend” moments we got with him.

I think this was my first Nymph book and now I desperately need more. It’s such a cool species with all the different types of nymphs and their different forms of magic. This is me begging for Nymph recommendations and crossing my fingers that we continue seeing them throughout the Snowberry series.

Thank you so much to Rebecca Rennick for the opportunity to ARC read this amazing book! All thoughts are my own. 💛

🌼🌼🌼🌼

Outside spring is starting, flowers are blooming birds are singing. Go sit on your porch and look at the beautiful garden with a warm cup of tea. This book is perfect for such moments.

In this book, we are following the fate of Daisy and Kai. Daisy is half nymph that is basically hiding from anyone in her greenhouse because of hatred she encountered as a child (this was hitting a little too close to home for me :D ) And Kai is considered playboy who doesn't care for anything and anyone. When their paths crossed, things starts to change.

I loved this cute little romance. Flower theme is just close to my heart and soul warming story about Daisy was just amazing. I loved how the author intervened trauma from being different from other with a lovely story about discovering that lots of our insecurities about the world around us can be in our head.

Kai's journey is also pretty nicely wrapped up in this love story. He is such a softie for her that it made me weep.

What made this book special for me was Daisies flowers in hair. I think it is such a creative idea, I am just sad it wasn't explored more 😊

Spice in the book is not overwhelming story and I must say some scenarios made me mourn that humans doesn't have tails 😅🥵

My only issue with the book was the last 10% of it.

Pocket full of posies by Rebecca Rennerick is a cute, feel-good cozy romance with monster elements and healing from childhood trauma. I would recommend anyone who loves their flowers, garden, and a bit of taming tigers.😅

🌼 ARC REVIEW 🌼

Rating: 4 🌟
Spice: 🌶 🌶

Welcome back to the cute and enchanting town of Snowberry. This is book 2 in Rebecca's series, and I was so excited to go back and see its residents.

This time, we are introduced to Daisy, our half earth nymph, who lives and breathes plants. I mean, the girl grows flowers in her hair that matches her mood!! Forget mood rings I want sunflowers to grow in my hair when I'm happy 🤣🤣. She's an introvert who loves spicy novels....can anyone else relate?! 😏

We then meet Kai, our playboy fire nymph, who is ridiculously charming, and boy, does he know it! He's never thought of settling down and realises he needs a way to divert his mother's attention from choosing a 'noble blooded' mate for him. She reminded me of all those rich and elitist mothers in Kdramas that you despise!

Hence, how he meets Daisy! What starts out as a flirt and fake relationship soon turns into something much more than what both anticipated.

This is a slow burn, but omg, is it beyond wholesome! Watching these two polar opposites fall in love was just gorgeous. He definitely falls first, and I loved how he wants to protect her from all the toxic opinions regarding half breeds.

She shrugs, grinning at me. "How long do you need?"
"To make you come? Five minutes. To love you? Forever."

I mean, how can you not swoon over Kai with lines like that 😍😍.

When the spice hits, damn is it 🔥 🥵 Greenhouses clearly have more than one purpose 🤣.

Thank you, Rebecca, for allowing me to read this ARC. I've loved ALL of your books, and this was no different. I am keen to see who we will get to read about next in Snowberry.

Daisy is a shy introverted half breed nymph. She has never been in a relationship, never left Snowberry and doesn't like venturing to town. Kai is a rich full blooded nymph who can control fire magic and talk to animals. He is trying to avoid his mother's meddling search for a mate for him. When he stumbles upon Daisy in the forest he decides she might be the perfect solution. A nymph he can tell his mother he is involved with so she will stop pestering him, and till he can leave Snowberry. What starts off as fake thought quickly turns real and deep and intense. When the equinox comes though, events take place that nearly derail Kai and Daisy's perfect relationship.

I didn't like this book as much as Sing Sweet Nightingale, though the last five or so chapters kind of made up for it. The majority of this book was Kai and Daisy dealing with the dislike of both of their families about their relationship and it got tedious after awhile. The chapters that were just Kai and Daisy together were nice, and made the book much more enjoyable.

While the ending was good, and really made the book better in terms of plot, several elements just seemed like add on's to fit a plot that was hastily constructed. While I did enjoy them, there was no reference in the rest of the book to anything that happened, and it just didn't fit very well.

I really enjoy the Snowberry novels, and cannot wait to read more, this one was just lacking a little for me.

This is an entertaining story about Daisy and Kai.

Daisy is a sweet an innocent 26 year old who is living with her brother Sage and his mate, Tobias. She is half human and half nymph who could closely pass for human. She’s a bit of a loner and stays away from crowds and the town of Snowberry as much as possible. Her closest friend is a Sprite named; Delphi short for Delphinium.

Kai is a full blood nymph with red hair and horns. Kai has siblings that he doesn’t see often as he likes to never stay in one place for long. He flew to Snowberry from Greece to come for the Equinox celebration. He’s been flying under the radar of his family until his brother showed up. He has quite the reputation, often known as a slut around town.

Kai and Daisy meet one day when Daisy is checking Delphi’s next to make sure its stable enough for winter. He heard her talking to the sprite and snuck up to observe her. After a few minutes of watching her with Delphi, he decides to jump down out of the tree and introduce himself. They chat and he walks her back to her home and nursery. From there is funny moments shared with learning about each other.

What will happen between them? Are they mates? Or just two people who interest each other. Will Kai break Daisy’s heart?

I was so excited to return to Snowberry! I absolutely loved the first book and was so excited when I saw book 2 was coming out. This did not disappoint at all! Now I’m not sure which book I love more. Kai and Daisy were the absolute cutest, I loved seeing them bring out the best in each other. Kai pushing daisy to be more social and brave about what she wants and Daisy pushing Kai to be a bit softer and more devoted to the things he loves. I also liked that were wasn’t a ton of drama between the main MCs, it mostly came from Kai’s family and even then it didn’t overwhelm the story.

I hate a third act breakup and this only had a bit of angst for a chapter or two, which is perfect for me. The spice was well placed throughout and the build up was amazing. I loved all the teasing scenes just as much as the actual spicy parts. The tail and horn play was a great part for me as well, very unique and fun. So many good side characters, some cameos from book 1, an adorable sprite companion, flowers that reflect emotions, bookstore dates and so much more to enjoy along with a healthy dose of sweetness and spice!

Thank you to the author for the free e-ARC! This is my honest review!
SG Rating: 4.25/5; Adjusted to 4/5 for GR

Pocket Full of Posies is the second book in the Snowberry Novels but it is a standalone so reading the first book isn't required (but Hunter and Lottie do make a cameo). This story follows introverted Earth Nymph, Daisy and Fire Nymph, Kai. While Kai comes from a high-society purebred family, Daisy is half human and struggles to fit in.

I loved the dynamic between Kai and Daisy! They truly balanced each other out and it was heartwarming how Kai pulled Daisy out of her shell! I loved how Kai found he could be more of himself and open up because Daisy didn't treat him like the "rich playboy" he was always judged as. Also, I LOVED Delphi and how she talked to Kai and acted around Daisy! She is an absolute sweetie and hope she keeps all her trinkets forevermore!

While this book did have the misunderstanding third-act I think it was done in a healthier way and was glad to see how the characters talked through it. This book is my favorite out of the Snowberry novels so far and excited to see who brings us back in the future!

aahh i am so excited to go back to snowberry! if you dont know what that is, snowberry is the town where this book takes place. its also where the first book, sing sweet nightingale takes place as well. which is a book i was obsessed with so i am so grateful that i get to arc read this rebecca rennick novel too.

i never want this series to end. i love all the characters in snowberry and want a book for every single one. these books definitely have some spice to em and it is everything 🤭.

daisy is an earth nymph and human and she is so sweet and kind. kai is her complete opposite, he is a fire blooded animal shifter with tiger stripes and a playboy. he is so confident as well as protective over daisy. who doesnt love a protective mate?

this is actually the second book i have read by rebecca and all her other books are on my tbr because her writing style is just that good. i cant wait to dive into her other books while i wait for a possible and hopefully a 3rd book in this series.

What To Expect:
- opposites attract
- small town
- tails
- playboy x virgin
- nymph paranormal romance
- fake dating but not fake dating
- fated mates

Back to Snowberry we go for another adorable romantasy. It’s giving all of the cozy vibes. I was so excited to see that Kai was going to have his moment and with Daisy? I was not expecting that but I’m 100% behind this match.

Kai and Daisy are complete opposites in the eyes of the people of Snowberry. Kai is an extroverted, playboy fire/animal nymph while Daisy is introverted, homebody half-breed earth-nymph with a heart of gold. They always say opposites attract. Kai and Daisy bring out the best of one another. They’re too freaking cute.

We also have to mention my favorite character, Delphi! A rambunctious little sprite that likes to steal, I mean “find” treasure and hoard it in her little nest. She was just too perfect and adorable.

Definitely add to your TBR if you’re looking for a cozy romantasy read with a swoon worthy MMC and want to be caught blushing into your book/e-reader🤭

Read if you enjoy:
🌼 small town
🔥 virgin fmc / playboy mmc
🌼 fake dating (but not really)
🔥 mate bonds
🌼 opposites attract

Thank you so much Rebecca Rennick for sending me an ARC of the second book in her Snowberry series for review! This was so good! I loved seeing more of the folks who live in Snowberry and seeing all the different types of non humans living together! I also really enjoyed seeing Daisy’s perspective of things as a half earth nymph and half human which I don’t think you see too much of! Daisy is shy and sweet and doesn’t leave the house too much because she has experienced a lot of bullying and hate and it’s wonderful seeing her open up and be herself and find her place! It’s also cute seeing her paired with extrovert playboy Kai. I honestly wasn’t sure what I thought about Kai at first I was afraid that his original intentions would hurt Daisy but that was not true at all and Rebecca Rennick does an excellent job of keeping you on your toes and not doing what you think will happen when it comes to particular tropes of that makes sense. Seeing Kai fall for Daisy is so beautiful and I loved seeing his growth because of it! I also just want to say that u loved Delphi and she is definitely one of my favorites characters in this!
This is a perfect spring read at least to me though it takes place in the beginning of fall but I think that maybe all the talks of flowers and it being the beginning of spring lol I can’t wait to see for you of this series! Check it out on April 8th!

If you ever hear me talking bad about Rebecca Rennick, then you'll know I've been abducted and replaced by a body double! She is an auto buy author for me and she NEVER misses! The tropes, the characters, the kinks, the drama - it NEVER MISSES!

Pocket full of Posies is book 2 in the Snowberry Novel Series. This book follows 2 nymphs, Kai (the man the nymph the legend as I like to call him) and Daisy (a half blood nymph who deserves every good thing in the world - she is sweet innocent and an icon)

What to expect:
🌸Playboy x good girl
🌸 Virginal FMC
🌸 Fake dating
🌸 Flower magic based on her emotions
🌸 He calls her "blossom"
🌸 Tail Play 🥵
🌸 A cute little sprite named Delphi
🌸 Mates
🌸 Found family
🌸 He reads the romance books she likes
🌸 Dirty talk
🌸 Dual POV
🌸 Small town vibes

This is paranormal romcom at it's finest.
As always I HIGHLY recommend!
Oh and check out the NSFW on Rebecca's website if you gat a chance!

I desperately want you Daisy, but I want to do this right. I don’t want to rush it. When it’s the right time, I’ll have you, and you’ll consume me.

ARC review.

The snowberry series is everything.

I truly loved Kai and Daisy’s story. Daisy is so sweet and adorable I just want to always protect her, she’s a cupcake. Kai is a character you love from the beginning but love wholeheartedly by the end of the book. This dynamic felt very organic, never felt forced or rushed. I love the individual character development and the development as a couple. I feel like the characters grow in a gradual way that makes it beautiful, it’s not like some books where it happens in a few chapters. There’s constant and consistent growth and it’s just lovely to read about. The story fits together so well. Delphie is literally my spirit animal or would it be sprite animal?
I could literally gush over this book and the first book in the series forever. I was smiling the whole time reading this. The spicy 🌶️ is an added bonus. I’m so ready for my copy to arrive! And for book 3, I hope there’s one!

🌼💛🔥♥️
Loved this Nymph paranormal romance!

This book, like the first of this series and many of Rebecca's books, is absolutely adorable. While Pocket Full of Posies is the second book in the Snowberry series, they, are separately contained standalone in the same town.

I was first drawn in to Snowberry with book 1, Sing Sweet Nightingale, with its shifter romance, small town, spiciness. Pocket Full of Posies is much more sweet with hints of spice. Our MMC Kai is an absolute flirt and the definition of a rake, but quickly falls for our innocent little earth nymph/human Daisy. These two couldn't be anymore complete opposites, with Kai sleeping with anyone who catches his eye and personality for at least four males, Daisy is the quiet introvert who spent her life being bullied so she hid away in her gardens. In a chance encounter Kai thinks he has simply found a way to escape his mother's plans for him. What he hadn't expected is that the more he got to know our shy little flower girl the more a real connection builds and something so much more than he could ever imagine has found him.

I really am struggling to find the words, this story will honestly just put a big smile on your face. Kai and Daisy will steal your heart and make you fall even more in love with this mystery little town full of humans and "monsters". Rebecca has created quirky and unique characters with heart melting animal companions, delicious banter, comedy gold, spicy, fully developed quick read of a book. If you're new to Rebecca or if you're a devourer of her books you will not want to miss out on this edition to her writing.

Thank you SO MUCH Rebecca for gifting me an e-arc, all opinions are my own.

Rebecca is the queen of heartwarming romances. All her stories are well written, intriguing, and leave you feeling warm and cozy when you are done. This story was no exception, daisy is introvert who would rather talk to plants then people any day, she has struggled with bullying and self esteem for years, in walks Kai the adventurous, outgoing, playboy. These two shouldn’t work for many reasons but they bring out the best in each other. This is a contemporary story with fantastical elements, think fae but with television. Rebecca does a great job merging these worlds to create a beautiful town all her own. If you like fantasy, or fantastical elements, love heartwarming and spicy romance then definitely check this one out! I received this as an ARC and am providing my honest review.

ARC READ!! 🌼🌼🌼🌼❤️❤️❤️❤️

I loved this book it was so cute! Kai and Daisy’s relationship was amazing and definitely two characters you wanted to care about. I loved the Kai started as this “Play boy” and ended as the one that fell first and said I love you first. I loved that Daisy had a lot of character growth and was changing but it was made clear that she wasn’t changing for Kai but to better herself.

This was a good read and would definitely tell everyone to read this. The plot of this book was fun and interesting and all the characters had character growth which I loved. The spice was spicy even though it was a slow burn for sure but had me blushing and kicking my feet at the cute parts.

Tropes:
Small Town🏘️
Mates 💕
Playboy 😉
Girl next door 🚪
Tail play 🐈
Primal play 🤤
He falls first 😝
Slow burn 🔥

Kai and Daisy 🌼🔥

I want to start off by saying a huge thank you to Rebecca for allowing me to read this book before it releases! ♥️

Now for my thoughts:

I liked this book! I felt like I just didn’t personally feel connected to the couple and engaged with them as I did with Sing Sweet Nightingale. The plot and their love story was really cute and I love a good virgin FMC and I think Rebeca always kills it with the spice! I really enjoyed all the side characters once again and loved Delphi ( because who doesn’t love a magical creature sidekick)! Their love story is so cute! I love that Kai will do literally anything for Daisy and that Daisy loves all of Kai! I enjoyed the side chatter and the expansion of the town and getting to know some lovable chapters from the first book like Tobias.

This was my first nymph book- and I don’t think it’ll be my last- I loved the concept and this story.

Ummm- Delphi is the absolute best (She’s a sprite) and I just want a cuddle!

Daisy is an earth nymph x human, she’s sweet, shy and gentle.

Kai is the opposite of Daisy, a playboy, fire blooded animal shifter with tiger stripes. He oozes confidence, is attentive and alluring. He becomes a protector for dear little Daisy and I love how quickly they develop their feelings. It is like a mate bond is bringing them together, but they find their own way and build themselves up.

I love the story involving different magical creatures, its creative and unrestricting! And makes for some fun and easy reading.

The small town vibes are very cute and intimate, the fake dating but not fake dating is drama inducing and the spice is surprising!

Kai 🔥 & Daisy 🌼 Forever 💞

Such an adorable story with excellent character growth!

The spice was perfectly spaced and the characters developed beautifully 💖

Kai, being the epic playboy he is, has ZERO intention of settling down but his mother is determined to make it happen, come hell or high water

Stumbling across Daisy in the forest, Kai uses the encounter to his advantage.

I love how quickly a bond forms and Kai finds himself head over heels and isn’t quite sure how it all happened.

Lots of funny, witty banter
Kai is hilariously horny (pun intended) at all times but is also SUPER protective of Daisy.
Daisy is incredibly shy and introverted, but with the warmth and protection of Kai, Daisy slowly finds her voice and begins to blossom 🌸

Can’t wait to read more of this series!

Thank you @rebeccarennickauthor for an early read of Pocket Full of Posies. This story had me smiling at the innocence of Daisy and how she lived a quiet life around her plants and family. It also had me feeling so sad and upset for her because she felt as though she was not good enough. That she couldn’t venture out because of the fear of others thoughts and stares. Then enters Kai. Kai had my mama bear radar in full swing. How dare he decide to take advantage of sweet and innocent Daisy. But in the end… she does have her own way of keeping him on his toes. This story is about finding strength, the realization that being unique is ok, and that sometimes love works in mysterious ways. Please check out the book overview in the comments.

🌼ARC REVIEW🌼

Honestly I had my doubts about Kai just based off the first book but dang he did not disappoint at all. I absolutely adored Daisy. She’s such a sweet soul. Seeing Kai change and soften just for her was swoon worthy.

I have to admit the first book was way better but this one still sucked me in. I hope these books keep coming. I need all the romance from Snowberry.

The little bit of tail play we got…👀😮‍💨 I’ll just leave it at that. lol the spice was perfect. Not over the top with this book and the plot was everything. I thought it was so cute how Daisy’s flowers changed based off her mood.

Just give me all the books already lol please.
