The tactics were normal organizational advice and did not seem specific to ADHD, no matter how much she said so.

Excellent!

This book has a wealth of ideas and resources to help those with ADHD to get better control of their time management and to reduce the chaos in their living environment. This is something we struggle with in my household, so I am excited to try some of these methods as a family. Very practical!

DNF’d in chapter 1 because it was so clearly written by ChatGPT. Leaving the information in the same bullet point form it emerged from the LLM in is actually diabolical. Luckily I got the book for free from a library so I didn’t waste any money on it.
