Boring predictible plot, unintelligent characters, there is no chemistry between the characters. The writing style is repetitive, it's just TELLING and not enough showing, the smut after a while is repetitive and boring too.
She's a strong FMC but he forces her into submitting and calling herself a whore? Strong? Her? Please. Even a random Delhi couple could be better.
"Strong FMC" and it's just someone confidently taking the wrong decisions and sleeping with someone five minutes after meeting them. She couldn't even seperate her feelings, acting like a kicked puppy, when he isn't home for a bit. Her responses are so emotionally explosive, if anything it looked like a mess. Calista getting kidnapped and tortured was a little funny given how Alpha Elias acts 💀 He doesn't even know why he loves Avra. She's just different and always fights with him, that's it right? Ok misogynist. If she is so different why do you want to break her?
If she is so different how did she bend to his degradation? Why does he get off of forcing her into submission when they just met?

Just because an FMC is aggressive and knows how to use a gun doesn't mean she is strong. It just means she is an aggressive woman who cannot control herself. I mean who tf purposely taunts enemies when they dont have any power yet? All she does is piss people off, kill some, then fuck the man she apparently hates. All while she doesn't plan anything at all. Neither is this a mystery thriller, nor is this dark, nor is it romantic. Just annoying.

This is my first mafia romance of the year and I'm quite happy with this book. It was good, I was able to read it in two days without getting bored so I'd say it's a win. It's not one of the best but it's definitely not the worst mafia romance to be ever written. Lets see what the next book in the series has to offer.

The story is so well developed and full of intrigue and suspense, that i could not put it down.
Elias may be scary AF when he goes into torture and murder mode, but he is so far gone for Avra that it softens him in the best way.
Avra is strong, brave and so smart. Her sisters and Vik (a father-like figure in her lift) are her priority and will stop at nothing to ensure their safety and well being. She tries so hard to steel her heart from having any feelings for her husband, as does he, but their connection and passion for each other is undeniable.
Although their story is a standalone, you will need to read all three books in order, as the story continues with each instalment.

Because although Elias and Avra’s book is complete, the story is not. The current of this book is revenge wrapped up in dark romance held together by secrets, betrayal, and greed. This is a dark romance meaning the subject matter could be triggering for some readers. Read the author’s note if you are unfamiliar with Sienna. This book is an onion, as you read through the pages, layer after layer, reveals so much about the players in this book. And, the books to come. Little nuggets thrown about. The push and pull of Elias and Avra’s relationship is intense, consuming, and on from the start.
Fifteen years ago their parents were killed, their empire taken and the sisters' lives spared by going into hiding. The time has arrived for the Vitalis sisters to return to the city of their birth and reclaim their name. Revenge is the main course and those that have wronged them will choke on their betrayal. The sisters would marry, using their name and influence, and take back what was taken from them.
Elias Xenos has been low key running his father’s empire for years making it far more successful and lucrative than Ozias ever could. In this first book, we follow Avra & Elias. Avra is determined to get her family Legacy back. And she starts by entering an arranged marriage in her enemies family.
Elias has never thought about getting married. But when his father informs him he will be marrying Avra, he doesn't know what to expect. Neither of them expect this marriage to be anything other than a business arrangement. But they get more than they bargained for.
I devoured this book quick! It was fast paced, great banter & such damn good spice. Avra is a badass FMc! She is strong, determined & loves giving Elias a run for his money. The chemistry between her & Elias is great & instant.
This was a easy quick read. And I look forward to see what happens in the next books with her sisters.

I enjoyed this book I just wish there was more chemistry with Eli and ayra. There was times I felt the connection and others I just didn’t. The storyline was great - different than the other mafia books I read. I loved ayra. She’s a badass and doesn’t care about a lot - except her sisters.

I love a good mafia romance. Avra and Elias are my new favorite. The bickering between them and the chemistry neither of them want to admit is there is chefs kiss. They both want revenge and they will stop at nothing to get it.

The feuding families bring drama to the story as they battle for power amongst the secrets, lies, betrayal and greed. A story about a couple who unexpectedly become the perfect match for each other. What happens when the arguing and fighting become so much more and hate turns into love but trust and loyalty is questioned at ever turn. An intriguing and captivating read.
Avra and her sisters Layana and Calista, have been in hiding for fifteen years since escaping Greece after Ozias Xenos murdered their parents. They are determined to get vengeance and reclaim their legacy and rightful place in the Greek Mafia. With the help of their father’s second in command Vik Remes, they have trained and planned their return to Greece. They now know the truth behind the coup and who was involved. The first part of their plan is for Avra to marry the son of the man responsible so she can get their home and land back.
Elias hates his father’s greed and thirst for power so has been running the family business behind the scenes for years. He is surprised by the arranged marriage but as he knows what happened to her parents, he is intrigued as to her reasons for going ahead with the marriage. As their relationship develops and his feelings for her grow, he wants to help with her plan to get rid of his father and his associates. Luckily he has infiltrated his father’s soldiers with his own and built up other alliances.
Avra never expected to fall in love with Eli. it goes against everything she believes but their connection is undeniable. Their passion is intense and sizzles off the pages but it’s not a sweet and gentle romance. The plan to use each other slowly disintegrates and they realise they both want the same thing. I loved how Elias proves he is nothing like his father, he respects women and will do anything to keep her and her sisters safe. She is such a strong character and I loved how she stood up to the men who don’t appreciate her trying to bring them down.
Trust is always an issue between these two and the lines are very fragile. Nothing is as simple as it seems because Ozias won’t go quietly and is also planning things. Can she regain her family’s position or will Elias betray her like his father. Who can they trust and can they work together or is there too much against them. My heart went out to Elias when everything seems to be going wrong for him and was so pleased when he managed to turn it around. He may have many more battles to fight but he’s shown what a wonderful person he is underneath the violent mafia man. Although Avra and Elias work things out, the story will continue in the next book as the sisters continue fighting for their legacy.

Avra sets in motion her plan, one that sees her entering into an arranged marriage with Elias Xenos, the son of the man she is determined to exact her revenge against.
Avra allies herself against dangerous men, playing her cards just right, instilling fear, anger and seeds of doubt, and it’s a game Elias knows how to play all too well.
Only Avra’s carefully crafted plan, starts to come undone, her husband Elias can read her like an open book, realising that they have a similar agenda, but his close proximity does something to her, to both of them, insighting feelings that neither expected in their marriage of convenience.
Elias has always done what is expected of him. He has worked tirelessly to garner the loyalty, respect and support of his men, something his father never bothered with, because his father is riding high on his son’s success, because unbeknownst to his father, Elias is making a play to dethrone him.
Yet when evidence surfaces, it throws a shade of doubt over the trust that Avra and Elias have built. When Elias begins to piece together fractures of the truth and confronts his father, he doesn’t deny it, whilst Elias has discovered the truth, his father has set forth his own plan, and when Calista is caught in the crossfire does Elias move heaven and earth to bring his sister in law home, because Elias is a man of his word and he keeps his promises.
With Calista now safe, she is supported by her family as she heals from her trauma. Elias and Avra’s love for each other has cemented their relationship and solidified their bond, strengthening them, yet knowing his father is out there they must remain on guard.
Avra and Elias are a match made in heaven. They are fire and ice. She knows how to hold her own and Elias definitely enjoys the challenge. There bantering and bickering giving the readers whiplash as their foreplay ignites a white hot flame that they can’t escape.
Elias is dominant, controlling and possessive, his love for Avra knows no bounds. He loves her, cares for her and protects her in his own way. They both never saw each other coming, not anticipating that what they felt for each other would become more, their admission of love surprising them both. They bring out the best and worst in each other.
Those smexy scenes were not only primal and carnal, but between Elias and Avra they knew how to give as good as they got, the pleasure and passion was not only hot and spicy, but sinfully wicked, deliciously dirty, dark and depraved.
Highly recommend both the author and the book. Am looking forward to book two and seeing how Laya’s story unfolds.

Those smexy scenes were not only primal and carnal, but between Elias and Avra they knew how to give as good as they got, the pleasure and passion was not only hot and spicy, but sinfully wicked, deliciously dirty, dark and depraved.
Highly recommend both the author and the book. Am looking forward to book two and seeing how Laya’s story unfolds.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.
This is the story of Avra and Elias. It is also the first book in the Sisters of Wrath Series and a book you won't be able to lay down. These two are not married because they chose each other. They are married because his family stole her family's empire. He is the heir to the throne so to speak and this marriage is because his father told him he had to marry a rival family's daughter. However, he knows that she has a plan and since he can't stand his father he is more than willing to help her out. Neither of them ever saw marriage as something in their future but now they are forced to endure each other. But underneath it all there is this ember that might just catch fire. I loved Avra and thought that she was a really strong characters. She is really smart too and a lot of people don't know how smart she really is. She is a woman who loves her family and would do anything for them. They will always be her priority. I loved that she was determined to never have any feelings for her husband and fought them every step of the way. Elias is of course powerful, broody to a degree and a man on a mission of his own. I loved how protective was of Avra, while at the same time she softens him from the man who goes into the mode where people don't want to see him knocking on their door. This book is great and one that I could't lay down while I was reading. I would say this book is a bit of a standalone. There is no cliff in the end but the main theme of the story will carry though the other books I am sure. You do not want to miss this book.

All I can say is “Wow”. I love a story with two equal alpha personalities. You’re guaranteed to not only have a hot connection, but a lot of fighting, betrayal, lies, trust issues, redemption, and forgiveness. I was hooked from the beginning and I can’t wait for the next installment.

He despises his father and has been secretly working against him for years. When his father arranges for him to marry the eldest Vitales sister, Avra, he’s not on board with the idea, but he wants to know what his father is up to. What he doesn’t count on is his attraction to Avra. She is hot, smart, sassy, and devious. All of the traits he can get behind for a wife. When he finds out her true reason for agreeing to an arranged marriage, he’s not sure if helping her, helps him too.
Avra and her sisters have been in hiding for 15 years. After their parent’s death, they vowed to get revenge on everyone who had a hand in their death. Their first step is to get inside each enemy territory, starting with Avra. Fantastic new dark mafia series starter by Sienna. This is a Trilogy of 3 sisters out to get revenge.
1st book is Avra's the eldest sister. Sienna always writes her FMC to be strong, powerful and a fighter. So Avra was all that.
Elias is ruthless, smart, morally grey but loyal and protective to those he loves. That's definitely not his father.
Avra and her sister were in hiding for 15 yrs after devastating coup by Elias' father. Now they are back and she is going to marry Elias. She plans to get revenge by marrying into the family.
Elias was absolutely amazing, knowing she had an agenda he was definitely falling first.
Both being so strong characters, they definitely clashed but also we're perfect for each other.
With secrets and plots being revealed, trust is very weak. Also when fake starts feeling real. Can they trust each other?
Lots of drama, twists, betrayal, action, unaliving, humour and super spicy.

Avra was such a strong willed woman, I love how she eliminated problems. The passion they, had for each other was smoking- expect tons of spice. There was a lot of graphic violence and action in this story, so it was very exciting. I loved how both Elias and Agra were so willing to solve things with a gun or even their hands. If you like mafia books, this was a great one.

Way to make a statement back into the world they were born into.
For Avra Vitalis it’s walking back into her childhood home and right in the claws of the enemy. The man that had everything to do with the deaths of her parents. Leaving Avra and her sisters orphaned.
But the chemistry between Avra and Elias is undeniable and even more so when they say I do. As there story unfolds it’s pretty clear that it becomes more than just a marriage of convenience. Feelings are involved. And it’s pretty obvious when the enemies strike.
But luckily, for Avra, and Elias they are a team and they do do everything they can to get Avra‘s sister back, guns blazing and all. But at the cost of the spineless Xenoes. But I have no doubt that Elias will stop at nothing to deliver his final revenge for going after his wife and family.

I was enthralled from the beginning. This is the story of the Vitalis sisters and their desire for revenge after the murder of their parents. They have waited 15 years for their revenge. The oldest Avra has devised a plan that marrying the son of her rival will cement the beginning of the end for the Xenos family. However she didn’t expect to find out that the son Elias who is now her husband does not who she thought he was and she falls for him. However Elias has also fallen for Avra but their road to happiness is not all that easy at the start. Elias has no love for his father and together they plot his demise. Ozias is a greedy slimy old man who has other people do his dirty work. Avra is a hard nosed badass who you will fall in love with. Her love for her sisters shines through as well as her vulnerability. Elias is the take no prisoners type but has his soft side when it comes to his wife. Together they are formidable. It will continue in the next book and I can’t wait.

Why is this so good?!?
The tension, the badass heroine, the obsessed hero, tight grip suspense!!! This book was so good.
Warning. Eventhough the ending was good between Avra and Elias, but the plot was ending with cliffhanger. I definitely will dive into the second book as soon as I finish writing this review.
Fiuh! The tension between Avra and Elias was so crazy. They were so hot with each other. It was so satisfying to read how Avra could lean on Elias and not to act so strong all the time. And it was so freaking good to read how Elias so obsessed with Avra from the very beginning. Though I wish their relationship get more exploration because it was not enough for me. I want to read more about them.
Since I am so on the edge with the cliffhanger, off I go to the next book.

Elias and Avra have an intense relationship. It unravels more and more in the book.
Avra and her sisters suffered a terrible loss that began when their parents were killed. Their empire was then taken and they had to go into hiding. Once they return they vow revenge on everyone who has wronged them. Elias has been working with his father's empire. When he is told he has to marry Avra he doesn't understand.
Elias and Avra have a beautiful wedding. They believe this is only an arranged marriage. A business arrangement. Days are passed with them becoming closer together. Then they realize it has become more. The chemistry between them was electric.
I look forward to more from this amazingly talented author.
