i am a survivor, but when does surviving stop, and living begin?

and there I decay, empty sockets toward the sky. claimed by this sea, where dreams come to die.

would it even matter? would it even hurt? if i dug my own grave, and choked beneath the dirt?

when the thought of six more years felt like staring down the barrel of a loaded gun.

I was curious. #9 was a masterclass tbh. The rest were good but nothing special. Solid collection overall.

This was beautiful. Thank you for putting your heart and soul onto these pages. As someone who has seen addiction their entire life I felt these words deeply. I connected to this book on a deep level. The words just spoke to me in a way that I can’t even describe or comprehend. I’ve dealt with a lot of things that were mentioned in the trigger warnings section. So thank you for being strong enough to write your story for others ! I absolutely loved it. It was stunning.

Sometimes you don’t need a long story to help you feel seen. Sometimes you just need a favorite authors poems. Thank you for sharing every part of you!

This book is stunning visually, but nothing compared to the poems & writing inside. Beautiful, raw, breathtaking & haunting. A MUST have!

Enjoyable poetry! I didn’t know Bree Wiley wrote poetry so I had to read it of course. I resonated with some more than others but I liked the entire collection.
