Excellent, patient friendly book about dysautonomia and its treatment, with significant information regarding a huge number of lifestyle and treatment options, as well as information for loved ones, templates/scripts for workplaces and doctor visits and much more. Very worth it if you have one of these conditions or support someone with one.
