I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I liked how short and personal each section was; the anecdotes where Ollie didn't shine were solid to include, as it shows just how often we each fall short of our best selves every day (and even, at times, multiple times per day!). I was glad of the bits from the experts, as sometimes it's helpful to read more clinical/professional takes on mental health. Won a paperback ARC of this book in a Goodreads giveaway.
This book won't work on my Kindle for some reason, so I didn't get to finish it all, but what I read was fantastic! I love something that will encourage me and tell me it's okay to have anxiety rather than just saying worrying is a sin.
I was interested in this book for my daughter but I wanted to read it first to make sure it was what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the book and found they really wrote this with Teens in mind. Recommend this book for teens who are struggling with anxiety and stress. Its a great book!
