John Paul was raised to be a preacher like his father. Everything had been set up so that he could go to a fine Christian university and then on to the best seminary. All was set for him to follow in his father's footsteps, but he had other ideas. But John Paul Stovall had other ideas. He wanted nothing to do with the ministry and the pauper's existence that it would mean. He wanted money and power. He wanted to be like his relatives, wealthy and important. He wanted to be able to sit with important people, politicians and business titans talking about the important topics of the day. He achieves it all, but a ghost from his past might undo it .....
