Waking up in Vegas next to a rockstar I hate is bad. Finding a ring on my finger—even worse.
Sam Ryder is everything I shouldn’t want—arrogant, infuriating, and way too charming. He’s my brother’s best friend, my exact opposite, and the man who kissed me then walked away.
One wild Vegas night and an entire bottle of champagne later. I don’t remember tying the knot. Now, he calls me cupcake, like he owns me.
When my brother hires me to manage the band, I should say no. After all, his bass guitar player is the man I’m technically married to. But now, I’m stuck with Sam’s ridiculous nicknames, wicked smiles, and magic fingers. I can’t seem to stay out of his bed—or his life.
I know we should end it. I want my freedom. Instead, I’m left with a baby on the way and a husband I can’t resist.
Rockstar's Accidental Marriage: An Enemies to Lovers Opposites Attract Romance Kelly Thomas Rockstar's Accidental Marriage: An Enemies to Lovers Opposites Attract Romance I started this book not realizing until I was a few pages in that it was Sam and Emily from Rockstar’s Second Chance which I had read earlier. I love the banter between Sam and Emily and while I love their story there are some things in this book that make me just want to cringe.
Here are my cringes: Emily is supposed to be the BAND manager. A lot of the tasks they have her doing are ROAD manager tasks and a band at the level they are supposed to be at would NOT have one person doing both. Also, is this a backing band for Cass or are they a band because bands make decisions together not one person making decisions and the band not knowing why. When Cass fired their first manager the he would have had to tell the band yet it is almost the end of this book before Cass tells Sam why he fired Derrick.
My BIGGEST cringe…Emily firing pyro. There is no way in hell a manager with NO PYRO Certification would MANUALLY FIRE PYRO. It’s illegal. The Fire Marshall would be flipping out and yes there are fire marshals at these shows to over see the pyro. There are permits and clearances and this just made my head spin around like Linda Blair in The Exorcist. I am still just reeling from it as I write this and have all but called my buddy who IS a pyrotechnical to say “Can you believe this shit??”
Now had those things not made my head spin I could have lived with the story. I loved the waking up married in Vegas, I loved the fact he remembered and she could not - and I especially loved when she DID remember! (But what ever happened to the cheesy ring he had she saw and hated???) I could have lived without the whole sabotage by the former manager as it really had no use. You could have had a great story even without that part. To me that was just tossed in and once finished the ending was rushed. All in all I would give this one a C-.
Rockstar’s Accidental Marriage is phenomenally written, well balanced and beautifully executed by Kelly Thomas. Kelly Thomas continues to show what a phenomenal author she is with each book that I have read by her thus far. I didn’t want to set my phone down until I read the last page of this book. This book is completely captivating from beginning to end. The characters are well developed and beautifully executed throughout the story. This is the story of Emily and Sam. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know both Emily and Sam as well as witnessing their fabulous story unfolding throughout the pages of the book. I couldn’t get enough of their fabulous story and I was kinda saddened when it ended because I didn’t want it to end. I love that Emily and Sam have a happy ending to their story with them being happy together as a couple. I would absolutely recommend this amazing book for anyone to checkout and give it a read.

A brilliantly written story, with well-developed characters, steamy chemistry, humour, surprises, secrets, lies, twists and a lovely HEA. A great story to read and one I couldn't put down, would strongly recommend.
When Emily wakes up to find herself married to her brother's best friend and bass guitarist she panics, though he's quite relaxed about the whole situation. He's always enjoyed teasing her and calling her "Cupcake" though it's never had the desired effect for her. But things get more complicated when they find they can't get it annulled.
A year later she's hired by her brother, Cass (Rockstar Daddy’s Second Chance) to manage the band but this means that she's now working close to Sam, the man she'd married, though her brother doesn't know about it. But despite her denial, she can't stay away from him and unacknowledged sparks are quickly reignited.

Rockstars Accidental Marriage is the second book of the series and follows Emily and Sam’s story. Waking up married to her brother’s bass guitarist and best friend after an obviously wild after party in Vegas has MFC Emily VERY upset. MMC Sam Ryder seems really unbothered by the whole thing which only sets her blood to boiling. When they find out if the marriage was consummated it can’t be annulled things get a tad more complicated. I enjoyed this story which was a first for me in the rockstar genre and I found their opposites attract romance to be a good read. Plenty of angst goes around with these two which is obviously hiding feelings lurking just below the surface that just can’t wait to be revealed. Nice writing, humor, emotion, surprises, spice, and good characterizations framed a very entertaining read.

Emily and Sam have been antagonizing each other since the day they met, and things only got worse after they woke up hungover and married in Vegas. Now, a year later, Emily is the band’s manager, making it impossible to keep their distance. They’ve been tiptoeing around each other, but when Emily finally tells Sam it’s time to sign the divorce papers, he refuses.
The chemistry between them is undeniable, and their journey of truly discovering each other is both engaging and emotional. They’ve been in love from the start, but with Emily’s brother as the band’s lead singer, Sam didn’t want to cause any problems. On top of that, Emily was never happy about their drunken marriage. As the story unfolds, a few twists add a nice touch of mystery, keeping things interesting.
Overall, this was a great read! The tension, the slow build, and the emotional depth made it a compelling romance. I’m giving it four stars and recommend it to rockstar romance fans!
The pretentious dialog is still a problem for me. I found myself repeatedly saying, "That doesn't sound like something a rockstar would say."
The situations were unnecessarily complicated. Somebody is trying to sabotage the band. Is there anyone who read the first book that didn't immediately think of a prime suspect? And the book probably could have been a few chapters shorter if Sam and Emily had had one good straightforward conversation.
I didn't really care for Emily. She was a little too whiny and was always so hurt and confused about everything. I couldn't take it.
It's not horrible, but it's definitely not a new favorite.
Another great book by Kelly that sucks you in right from the first chapter! Then you spend the rest of the pages getting to know each character, feeling their chemistry growing, and rooting for them to have a HEA. If you like drama, passion, mystery, and angst in your romance novels, this one is for you! My rating system: 5=will read again 4=recommend to everyone 3=recommend to anyone liking that particular writing style/trope 2=do not recommend 1=DNF.

I can’t say enough how much I love this book. I couldn’t put it down. It picks up from Rockstar Daddy’s Second Chance. (If you haven’t read that book yet run!!) I adore Emily and Sam. They’re two of my favorite main characters. They were funny. Their banter was everything. They were sweet. They were stubborn. I can’t recommend this book enough.

Entertaining of emotions and drama. OH WOW 😮 Kelly had done it once again with a well written and captivating story. It was a steamy page tuner and the suspense was beautiful and loving. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even put it down. One wild night with this beautiful woman will change his rockstar life forever. Emily and Sam fallen in love and they knew that they couldn’t be apart any longer. As they had found love again after so many years later. Fighting temptation was unbelievable. I definitely recommend this book and you won’t be disappointed. I received advance copy of this book via Bookfunnel and am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. Trina Jones
Sam and Emily have had feelings for each other for years but never acted on them. A trip to Vegas changes all that. They snip and snipe at each other but finally admit they care for each other. Someone is trying to sabotage the tour and Emily's job as manager. Things work out in the end. I highly recommend this book to all romance readers.

Sam and Emily have been attracted to each other for a while. While in Las Vegas and a little champagne, they get married. Emily is so surprised she wants an annulment. She can stay married or lie in the annulment form. She decides to stay married and get a divorce. They one time together and she gets pregnant. During the time, they learn about each other. An excellent rockstar read.
Emily and Sam have had feelings for each other for years. They believed it was animosity. There's a fine line between love and hate... and after a bottle of champagne in Vegas, they cross that line. A few times.
Amazing characters, truly great, detailed world building, snarky and steamy storyline.. tons of feels. Loved it.

Loved Emily and Sam getting together and the way it happened. Loved Sams dad and the way they grew closer at his dads farm. Lots of anxiety with someone doing things to mess with their equipment. A great rock star romance.
Oh wow I loved reading this. The setup at the start is awesome, and that is coming from someone that isn't really into the whole 'gig thing.' I thought some of the patterns were repetitive but I can see myself reading this again in a year or two!
Ever since I finished ‘Rockstars second chance’ I have been looking forward to Emily’s story, she happens to be Cass’s sister from book 1, she’s fiery, strong a little uptight but with a good heart and also accidentally married to Sam a member of her brothers band for a year! Wow that’s some secret! Sam is the man she loves to hate but you know they have chemistry, Sam is witty, charming and a massive flirt who will do anything to rile up his wife. This story has passion angst, humour, pent up feelings, great characters and heat. Good to catch up with Cass, Kendrick and young Cassandra.
