Having lived all her life in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, author Bree M. Lewandowski incorporates all aspects of her life in her writing. A ballet dancer at a young age, continuing to teach ballet through her career as an author, she often turns to the tumultuous world of dance to find threads of a story. In love with classical literature, her writing not only pays homage to the style of writers like Dumas and Hugo, she also believes in creating main characters who are larger than life. Yet, struggles with body image, mental and emotional health, and the strained relationships so many have also play in and out of Lewandowski's writing. In the end, all these attributes combined, she loves to tell a love story.

With a dash of romance, action and magic this finale had many intriguing elements to it. I enjoyed some of the beautiful writing and the story had an uplifting hopeful quality to it that made me smile. The trilogy ended well wrapping everything up nicely for each couple.

Honestly, this is completely, hands-down the best ending that I could've ever hoped for with this series.
Fate is a fickle .... well you know the saying.
War is still raging and the Rubiconds are now marching on Meridionalis.
Two couples, Kohl and Linah and Saya and Abra sail to Rubra to figure out the 'why's' behind why they march and rage war on Meridionalis.
When Kohl and Saya are called back to engage in war, Linah and Abra embark on a mission of their own with the help of a secret letter to finally end the war.

I think my favorite thing about this book is that the two women, women that their respective societies looked down on because of their 'deformities'. These two women who never engaged in the idea of love or marriage and both find men who look beyond the outside appearances and appreciate that they may not be what society deems a proper lady.

The exciting conclusion of the Paragon trilogy in which Ms. Lewandoski masterfully transports the reader to a mythical world in the midst of war. Kohl, Linah, Saya and Abra's saga continues as they try to find a solution to end the conflict. "Fate's a funny thing" and the unexpected heroes of the story had me cheering out loud! I highly recommend this brilliantly written fantastic trilogy.

"The conclusion to this trilogy had me on the edge. The war continues and as secrets started to be discovered, the reason behind it had me amazed. Like 'everything happens for a reason' but I won't say more about it.  You can expect magic, powerful girls, strong heroes but not leaving love behing including spicy moments!"

War is raging and the Meridonilas is lying in ruin as Kohl, Saya, Abra and Linah are heading to the island of Rubra to plead for the people of Meridonilas . But the men are called back to help defend the capital city and the women take matters into their own hands and band together to do a mission that will take them to places unknown . Secrets will be revealed and solutions will be put in place and the couples will have their happily ever after
The characters just keep getting better and in the last episode , you really get to see what Linah and Abra can do . They come out strong and resilient. They take on lots of different people and problems which they fight head on . The guys Kohl and Saya are battling their own demons saving the capital . I must say the character really became complex and are so well written . They are a really strong team this time . I really liked the characters in the past two book but in this book I truly fell in love with all of them .
The last book in the trilogy I believe is one of the better written books . The author has us on the edge of our seats the whole time . The twists and turns in this book are great . You will not put the book down until you are finished . There is a lot of action in this one . I truly got lost in the story and loved the characters . So if you want a great series for the summer reading challenge . Add this series .

I am so glad this author completed this as a trilogy. Yes you do need to read them in order and yes you will be absolutely thrilled that you do. This author is showing that she has the ability to listen and write the story those voices tell her too. You already know there's a war going on but you don't know the reason. In the meantime there is much afoot and many people to be leery of as the story progresses. The action doesn't cease as the four of them war with finding a way to stop the bloodshed. This author doesn't make it easy and she allows the women to get their hands dirty, again. Yes it's an exciting and action filled read that will have you turning the pages for more. I love that the author went further and gave us what we needed on them, closure.

Heroe is the conclusion we all hoped for with this trilogy. Kohl, Linah, Abra, and Saya's journey continues as they try and stop the war before it decimates everything in Meridonilas. After the men fail their mission, they are called back to prepare for combat. Surprisingly, Abra and Linah are thrown into a secret mission of their own. They are Meridonilas' last hope. It is great to watch their characters grow and really get to know them. This story is full of surprises and twists. It's a page turner and you're not going to want to put it down.

Bree did it again! Such powerful writing and so many different views, almost lyrical. I think it's Bree's dancer blood that helps her create a work of art. She has a voice of a true story teller, a bard. It was a pleasure to finish finish this awesome trilogy. She made her characters proud with this amazing finish that had me wanting to receive stories about other characters in the book, particularly the wolves.

For 18+ who like magick, power struggles, stupid girls, smart girls, strong men, book boyfriends. Has sex and language.

War is raging and trouble abounds in this one. The woman are strong when they need to be and watching them was a blast to see what they would do when in danger and trouble. The men were also fun to watch as they do there thing. Enjoyed watching it all play out as the main characters met and enjoyed the last 2 books survive what comes at them in this one. Surprises, twists and so much to keep me entertained and fingers crossed until the end.

Great conclusion for this series!!! Loved seen both couples working together to try and stop this war and loved seen the girls being strong heroes instead of just sweet girls to be protected. The story keeps you engage since you open the first page, I was lucky to read them back to back and I will be revisiting this world

With the war still raging, Kohl, Saya, Abra, and Linah are on their way to try and stop it. Even begging the emperor to do so. It fails and now the men have to go fight while the wives hide in safety. A secret letter reveals the cause. Now Linah and Abra must stop it. Can they?
